The breakfast was good! The lady who served during breakfast made sure there was enough of everything. They had coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours and it was always hot!

Great location. Property could use some updates, but clean. Breakfast each morning was a plus—coffee was quite good. Heated pool did not seem heated at all. Overnight temperature was hard to maintain in the room. Overall, a good value for the money. Close to Tin City and Fifth Street.

One of the worst stays. The hotel stinks and so does the room. The carpets all over seem decades old and haven't been deodorized in a while. The basics in the room were not to the point either, for example the bathroom wouldn't lock, the pillow would have its internals sticking out. Avoid and find other options if possible. The staff was courteous though.

The property appeared to be dated. My room had a very foul odor and I reported it to guest services and after my second night they finally moved me to another room. I have never stayed in a property offered by hotels.com that was this run down. It cost to over $600 plus dollars to stay at this property for 4 nights and I do not feel like this money was well spent. I felt like this was a motel 6 experience. Please remove this hotel from your list of top rated places to stay because that's not true. I would like to be compensated for at least 2 nights.

Great value for a family stay

We had a comfortable stay with enough space for everyone. We upgraded to a larger suite with extra room with chair / unfolding bed. The staff provided us a crib, which was nice too. We felt it was convenient room, location and a great value.

There was a group of 12 year olds, members of s youth football team, who were running up and down our 3rd floor hallway, making noises. Their group and mentors would wipe out the fruit basket in the breakfast room, leaving nothing for others. They weren't polite in general and didn't seem to know how to act in a good hotel.
