Highly recommended hotel. Look no further… book this hotel if you want a wonderful stay in BGC. The location is superb… a 3 mins walk to High Street. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The buffet breakfast was amazing, many variety. Nice pool& hot tub too. The room is very spacious , we stayed in one bedroom suite. The only suggestion I would make is to do some upkeep of the carpet by the elevator on the 15th floor. It was coming off and I tripped on it. The room smelled musty at times but housekeeping quickly came to spray. I booked 7 rooms for other family members. Every one had a great time. Many thanks to Ascott staff for making our stay comfortable and very pleasant. We had an amazing time in Ascott. Its the best in my opinion.

Pleasant stay

I specifically asked for a room with an open view but was assigned a room facing a residential/office building so I slept with the curtains fully closed. I asked for a room change the next day and was given a room with a better view. The room itself was nice and spacious, with abundant drinking water supply. However, I wish there were more towel variety in the bathroom. Bath towels ok but only 1 hand towel? And more bathroom amenities as well. Also, it would have been better if they have shoehorn and brush. The buffet breakfast was very good in variety and supply although they lack proper cutlery and crockery appropriate for the food like no fruit fork, or dessert spoon, even saucer for food in small serving (cup saucers are abundant though). I also noticed that staff were more attentive to obviously foreign guests like they would offer more coffee to the white guy, but ignore the local guest seated next whose coffee cup was empty. But they were nice and pleasant overall. The staff in the lobby were all helpful.

The Bonifacio Ascot is right in the heart of the global city right near the high Street. The studio we had had a nice little kitchen, which gave us the option to make breakfast in the unit and have a few guests over. Bedroom and bathroom were roomy and well furnished I actually stayed there two times. The first time was quite nice, but the second was a little disappointing. The hallway was in kind of bad condition. Some of the bathroom fixtures weren’t working properly. The washing machine in the unit is not very useful but better than nothing. Overall, a decent values would stay again

Fantastic.

Yes it was an amazing stay at Ascott BGC. By far the best hotel I've stayed at, within my budget. The front desk clerk, Althea, had such a soft warm, welcoming voice, and very thorough in answering our questions. I felt secure, with all the staff being ever present and attentive. Rooms were clean and the views were fantastic (24th floor), overlooking the skylines and High Street just below. Tv's in all the rooms and enought bathrooms for all 6 of us. Buffet breakfast was definitely a bonus. The staff again were very courteous and helpful, which will make our stay here even more memorable. Thank you Ascott BGC. Hooe to stay here again, next time I visit Philippines.

The 2 and 3 bedroom apartments easily accommodated our group of 7 adult family members. The apartments are well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent, and it’s an easy walk to shopping. Recommended!

Excellent staff and amazing stay

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to stay at bgc for their trip. Aside from it's excellent location, the hotel exudes class, from the decor to the rooms, it was beautiful. Our room even came with a mini kitchen and water dispenser and medium size fridge. The buffet selection was delicious, not too big but definitely will satisfy your palette. Let's not forget the staff, from the registration to restaurant and pool area were all professional and courteous. We will definitely come back for a longer stay next vacay.

Great Hotel in Good Location

It was pleasant surprise that our room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite on top floor. The room was huge with living room and kitchen. The hotel location was great, there are nearby restaurants and shops are few Minutes walk. As usual, hotel staff were polite and friendly.

The staff were top notch with all of the people I interacted with being courteous and always ready to help. The facility itself is superb with all amenities to make your stay comfortable available. Value for money can’t be beat in comparison to other “higher end” hotel nearby. I would definitely be staying here whenever I visit BGC.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We left to go to another hotel and immediately regretted not staying here for our entire trip. If we return we will definitely be staying at Ascott BGC

We were upgraded to a 1BR deluxe suite. Breakfast was a fantastic ammenity. Loved the pool. Made good use of the gym. Staff was wonderful.
