The flat was splendid when we arrived. The puytloun hotels itself where the key was obtained was a paradise when we saw it. We didn't know about pytloun prior to the trip. Only issue we had with the apartment there wasn't ventilation prior to our arrival and the whole place had a little smell from the bathrooms. The apartment in itself is an Amazing place to live for a trip. I'd recommend the windows, maybe one, be a little opened before arrival of guests. But It was a lovely place

In the end we enjoyed.

The apartment itself is very beautiful. Well furnished and well equipped. There are some issues: Check-in is a few minutes drive away, nor is there anyone coming with you to see the apartment, to see what is missing. There is also a problem with communication. The phone number that appears on the website has no answer at all. And when you go to the hotel where you check in, then they are not always available. The apartment is on a high floor, you have to go up about 70 steps and there is no elevator.

Wir fangen mal mit den Positiven an :-) Die Unterkunft ist mega für wenig Geld sehr schön ausgestattet. Man ist dirgt am Zentrum: Badeparadies, Spieleparadies Zoo und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht länger als 10 min entfernt. Dieses Freizeitaktivitäten sind auch sehr zu empfehlen. Ob klein ob groß jeder hat spass. So nun kommen wir zu den Negativen Sachen: Schlüssel für Apartment muss im Zentrum geholt werden. Da man sich nicht auskennt und wenige nur Englisch sprechen war das für uns schon eine Herrausvorderung. Navi im Auto hat die Straße nicht gefunden. Nach längerem Suchen haben wir es gefunden. Probleme beim Check in. Wir hatten alles bereitz bezahlt bis auf unseren Hund und die Endreinigung. Was per mail so ausgemacht war da wir keine Kreditkarte oder ähnliches haben. Bezahlt mit EC karte alles i o. Nun kam die Dame an der Rezeption noch mit Kaution, wobei es nirgendwo stand und die wollten sie per Kreditkarte per EC ging nicht. Bares ginge auch nicht. Wir fragten Sie und nun, wir haben alles bezahlt und an der Kaution scheitert es jetzt? Die Dame: müssen sie nochmal mit Karte versuchen:-( Es ging nicht. Zum glück kam noch eine anderes Dame sie hat uns ein Schrifstück gegeben das wir in EC bezahlen und dieses Geld beim der Abreise wieder bekommen. So einfch ging es dann doch. Schlüssel Erhalten nun. Das gleiche Problem Navi findet die Straße nicht. Nach kurzeren Suchen haben wir es gefunden.

Liberec

Jedná se o byt v posledním patře zrekonstruovaného domu.V domě bylo ticho, i když tam bydlí i normální nájemníci bytů. Parkuje se před domem a nebo v přilehlé ulici. Nebyl problém sehnat parkování. Byt je zařízený v ikea stylu. Postele jsou pohodlné a široké, na rozkládacím gauči se dobře spí. Ze střešních oken se kouká na základní školu, sídliště, Ještěd. V okolí bydlení je několik hospůdek, jednu jsme si oblíbili. Viděli jsme na ní přímo z okna. Je tu zastávka autobusu, Billa.
Skvělá hospůdka s točeným pivem a dobrotami z udírny.

Ubytování bylo příjemné. Rozčarováni jsme bylo pouze skutečností, že jsme nedostali písemné upozornění, že apartmán má jen čtyři lůžka, byť objednávka byla udělána na pět osob. To jsme zjistili bohužel až po příjezdu a jiný volný větší pokoj nebyl k dispozici.

Hotel wo wir die Schlüssel bekommen haben sind sehr freundlich sie haben uns versprochen die wohnung zu überarbeiten um das das nächste Gäste sich wohler fühlen .Denn es war einiges zu reparieren.Das hotel Personal wsr sehr freundlich zu uns .Es wurde uns das Telefon mit der Dolmetscherin gegeben um unannehmlichkeiten aus dem weg zu räumen .Wir würden jederzeit wieder hin fahren waren jetzt schon das 2mal da .

部屋内に専用の洗濯機があるのが最大の魅力。洗濯物を干すための台もある。 悪い点は、チェックインが系列の別ホテルで行う必要があること。 部屋内はとてもきれいで文句はないが、共用エリアはあまりきれいとは言えない。 ロフトに寝室がある分、部屋の天井は非常に高く、暖房の能力不足を少し感じた。

Dobrodružství s Pytlounem

Vybrala jsem ubytování podle polohy, abych to měla blízko do školícího střediska a v úvodu jsem musela řešit převzetí a odevzdání klíčů úplně někde jinde, což jsem řešila taxi službou a náklady navíc. Nevím, jestli je velký problém technicky zajistit člověka na předání klíčů od pokoje, na určitou hodinu, to samé k vyzvednutí klíčů. Na závěr jsem řešila ještě nedorozumění s platbou za ubytování. Platbu jsem poslala předem přes internet, slečna recepční mi to nechtěla věřit a dosti nepříjemně mě zpochybňovala, až ji dohledala, tak to jen suše oznámila a ani se neomluvila. Čekala bych větší profesionalitu.

Appartements sind in Wohnhaus für Dauermieter

Die Apartments befinden sich in einem normalen Wohnhaus mit zahlreichen Dauermietern. Wäsche wird auf den Gängen getrocknet und die Einwohner sind eher gewöhnungsbedürftig. Wir konnten auf ein normales Hotelzimmer umbuchen.... Super Service!! Vielen Dank nochmals! Das Hotel und der Service war wie immer top!
