Was not told there was no water when I checked in and still no water in the morning. I couldn’t brush my teeth or use the toilet and they wouldn’t give me a discount just stated it wasn’t their fault. Never stay at a motel 6 nor will I ever use Expedia again!

I walked in at 2:50am to check in, stood at the front desk until 3:20 with NO RESPONSE NOT EVEN ANSWERING THE PHONE WHEN I CALLED. I left to the fast station across the street and ask what was up. Went back there to try again, it’s 3:30 at this point, rang the bell screamed HELLO! Finally someone jumped up out of the back office chair, tried to explain away him sleeping back there. I will be calling the property manager.

There 25 burn spot in the bed spread. Stains all over the walls and ceiling. Trash and dirt on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. Trim missing everywhere. The heat and air unit had no thermostat so it was all cooling to 55 degrees to 90 on heat. The cooling fins on unit were completely cover in dirt.

I had 30 cigarette burns in the blabket and pillow a yellow film around the bathtub. I cried myself to sleep. I could not belive what I was sleeping in. Kansas City was sold out all over the city and this was the only place still open. I understood low budget hotels is supposed to just be a place to kay your head. But not in cigarette burned comforter and pillow!!!!! I have the pictures to prove it. I'm disputing all my charges.
