They had works going that was so nosy from 8am in the morning- all day! They said that they had upgraded the room which was not true, the room was not even the room that we had booked, smaller

Nice enough in a good location for local shops and tour pick ups. Room was nice but bare as hotel undergoing refurbishment - we weren’t aware of this until we arrived. Views from the rooftop bar and pool are great, as were the drinks and food. Just note: it’s popular with tour groups and service becomes quite slow as they are given preference. Staff were friendly and nice.

My room was completely renovated and brand new. Great location, friendly and outgoing staff. My 4th stay at this place now under the 4th ownership since my first stay in 2017. Is my go to location in HCMC. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Excellent customer service, very secure with the friendliest security guard/doorman onsite 'Mr Ha, who will make you smile every time you return. Front desk staff and all other staff were also very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, pool facility areas very nice, convenient location.

Hotel was located down the back of the road. Staff were helpful and accommodating. There were security guards on the premise, although the area felt safe. Many attractions and walking streets were in a close radius of about 10 minute drive. Ordering food from restaurants to hotel was quick and easy. A pool, bar, dining & breakfast were available with an amazing view on the top floor. In summary the hotel was modest, clean and presentable. I did enjoy my stay.

Does not look anything like what is advertised. False advertising. Very dirty. Don’t trust anything. Also wanted to take copies of my passport. Also changed their names and giving the constant excuse of it being renovated as to why it’s like that. The area used to be ghetto and gangsters around it. Definitely not safe at all.

The area though is in district 1 is absolutely ghetto. It is completely removed from the desired walking areas where people hang out and shop which is on a totally different side. The main issue with my stay however is I was put in a room that someone has smoked in giving me a horrible attack of allergies and when I was moved to another room, immediately within the first 5 minutes, my kids and I spotted well over 10 roaches. Not a word of apology was given for both those horrible situation.

The room was not clean, with dust, stains, and mold in the bathroom. The amenities were of poor quality, and the bed was uncomfortable. Additionally, the noise levels were disruptive. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Room that I have booked is seperate double bed room with a good price but what I have given was a capsule room which is shock to me. Fraud activity is happening with this hotel they are taking the booking amount in advance so that you have no options left to take what ever the room they have given instead what you have booked online. I don’t recommend this hotel as I had very bad experience with this hotel.

We stayed in the capsule which is a hostel styled set up with your own individual sleeping capsule and nice shared washrooms. It was very cozy. The rooftop bar was awesome with great views.
