I found it to be a quiet hotel (i was on the fifth floor) even though it's near a highway. It was a bit run down though. Some lamination was peeling off the dresser drawers, some carpet seemed dingy, and one of the drawers didn't close. One reception person was super nice. One was nice but banged on my door late at night (as I was falling asleep) trying to find who was smoking on the fifth floor. (I don't smoke and couldn't smell anything.)

Staff were not keeping the place up to 5 star standards. Hand cleaning stations were not working. Staff was not checking the drains in the tubs. Plumbing was not up to standards. Property under construction. Scaffolding at pool area an lobby.

Great hotel with very nice people. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Good location as it is not as busy as downtown, but close enough to walk.
