The room was comfortable and clean, which was most important. Public areas, however, had been treated with such a strong fragrance that it was hard to breathe!
Check in was abominable—it took 45 minutes, due to only 1 operable terminal public-facing. The staff showed no urgency and the sole clerk out front was not highly skilled. This was made more frustrating y the fact there were TWO managers in the back who he kept going to for help. Such a shame those managers did not see fit to help the line of customers who queued up for 45 minutes just to get into a pre-booked and pre-paid room.
When I reached my room, around 6pm, I was met with a pile of dirty dishes, bags of garbage and dirty linens piled up by the door in the hall. They were still there when I departed at 5am.
On the bright side, my sleep was good, the shower was hot and the room as clean.
