Bad experience

We book for a king size bedroom three days before.When we arrived they said that doesn’t have our bedroom available. They give to us a doble bedroom. Our reservation was for two days. So the next day we need to wake up at 10:00 to be move to another bedroom. 😡 I forgot one box in that room and they never call to advise that found it. We still in the hotel. Bad experience, bad service bad coffee too!!

Front desk staff was unfriendly and distracted by other things while checking me in. The room was unclean with toenails on the floor, food on the wall, and zero decor to make it feel comfortable. Every single room door that opened or closed woke me up throughout the night due to the heavy bang it caused. Very disappointed with these overnight accommodations and do not recommend this hotel.

Id only stay here if I was desperate

Night Customer service was horrible, At check-in, I requested an entry level floor room. I was told they were sold out went to our room on the third floor, the room was 80° hot, the lock on the entry door was broken. The door knob was hanging off the bathroom door. The lock to an adjoining room was broken. the TV did not work, The blow dryer was clearly broken.There was a barking dog across the hall when I went to the desk to complain they were able to move me to the first floor. That room was a little better there but for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed when I agreed to move to the first floor. The clerk said be quick!, But 20 minutes before that he had no available room.?? I asked for a luggage rack. He didn’t know what that was and said they didn’t have them, but I said there was one on the third floor. I was able to go back and get that myself. The pool is advertised as heated and at the door it says it’s 104 Degrees-it was ice cold. The next night at after 10 PM, there was much ruckus in the hallway, when we went to the front desk to complain about the extreme noise, the clerk said what noise? The Continental breakfast was far from that, the first day there was one apple and one orange when I asked for fruit they said no more. The only thing hot was oatmeal. The second day there was at least tater tots and sausage links. Once again for a Wyndham partner, I was very disappointed

We booked the jacuzzi suite and we turned on the hot tub let it heat up and all of a sudden a black film went all around the tub. Never even got in it! Very disappointed that we paid for a jacuzzi room and couldn’t use it.

Dirty and depressing

Based on the photos, you would never be able to tell how dirty this place is nor how depressing it is. The first tale of trouble is the "code of conduct" that guests are required to sign at check in. Next is the lack of any decor on walls or in the rooms. Finally, I was certain they were not cleaning my room so I marked my floor with baby powder and a little lipstick on the sheet- not surprised, the baby powder was still on the floor on the other side of the bed every day and my sheets were never cleaned, also found the same with the towels. The Breadfast was the same stale bread all week and watered down juice. I accidently spilled water on the floor and when I went to wipe it up, the semi white towel they provide was completely black. No amenities in room. Remote and TV did not work and fire alarm kept going off. Also, not sure if they let homeless in the lobby or if people live there full time. Many rooms were proped open and often staff were not able to communicate with guests. Finally, no hair dryer in room, mini fridge would not be worth keeping rat food in and the bathroom had clumps of hair imbedded in the baseboards from not being cleaned in so long. Staff are not friendly either. Every time the fire alarms went off, there was literally no messaging to guests. If you took it upon yourself to walk down the stairs and out of the building, you would see staff who would just act as if you did not exist. I have told everyone at my company NEVER stay here.
