Overall our stay was great! The front desk staff was very friendly & helpful. The breakfast buffet at the restaurant was also very nice for a decent price. My only complaint was that there were no accessible plugins along the wall by the nightstands and the bed, so I was unable to plug in or utilize my medical equipment (CPAP Machine & Lymphatic Leg Pumps), which I’m supposed to use nightly. I even brought an extension cord, but it still would have tripped up my husband and dogs if I had plugged them in across the room near the tv stand or desk.

Room was very comfortable and clean, had a mini fridge and really nice microwave. Did not like pay parking aspect since we had driven across the state and not flown in . Did not see that charge when booking - booking site needs to make that more apparent when booking. there is street parking however.

Staff was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I would have rated them higher, but they're due for a remodel. There are no USB ports anywhere in the room and there are not enough available outlets near the bed that are easy to get to. The amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, and lotion are sorely lacking.

Missing nightstand for king bed--staff clueless about it. Had to use the ironing board instead. Closet doors broken. Lobby computer inoperative. Wi fi weak/ intermittent. Surprise parking fee of $14 (forgiven due to other problems.) So-called hot tub (Expedia) is actually just a soak tub with no Jacuzzi--about as big as two bathtubs. No gratis breakfast or even coffee.
