The unit served our purpose. It was very functional and the beds were comfortable. The club amenities were very good. Overall our unit was very worn. We had several small annoyances like: The skillet was scratched and despite calling to request a replacement during our stay, we did not hear back from management and had to purchase a new one to use. Provided fire logs did not ignite easily. No matches/lighter in the unit. No coffee filters for the coffeemaker (we left a stack in the unit for future guests). Spotty WiFi

Nice place, a little dated but everything was maintained well and working. You have to type slowly on the keypad to get in. Comfortable beds, good heat, plenty of hot water, it was all good. The ridge club was nice for hot tubs after skiing. The purple line bus has a stop right in the parking lot in front of the unit making it easy to get to the ski resort and back without parking hassles. Get the lift rider app to see the schedule and live bus locations.

I was pleased with my stay. However, I was extremely displeased with the lukewarm temperature of the “hot” water. After a long day of skiing I wanted a hot shower and was t able to do so.

Check in time is ridiculous (5 pm) that's a joke! Furniture is dirty and absolutely nothing in the cubards to help you out if you forgot something. I would not recommend this place. we stayed at a different unit in this same complex about a month earlier and it was wonderful.

The place was nice. Condo decorating was a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable and in good condition. The wood fireplace was great to use after a cold day on the slopes.
