I remember my staying at Nikko like the worse I ever had. I have more that 15 years travelling for work mostly 60% of my time.
This time I flew wit IBERIA to Düsseldorf as usual, spearing the week will be quiet normal, just landing I got a sms from IBERIA saying that my suitcase won’t be delivered. This situation has happened to me a couple of times, no big worries. Following my experience the first I did was to get into a store to buy what I need to wait my suitcase a couple of days. I bought cream, deodorant, shaver a shirt all those things. So next day I woke normal and prepare to work, I left the hotel. After a long working day Ingot back to the hotel waiting to find my suitcase, but didn’t arrive, so I went into my room and for my surprise everything that I had bought was just vanished !!! I went down stairs to talk with the personal in front desk but they were unfriendly, didn’t gave me any solution and not even an explanation. It was like an unreal situation. Normally we spect in hotels to be respected at least, I never spect to lose my things inside of a Hotel. In didn’t feel save anymore in this hotel.
