Adorable Cottage Next To Rainbow River & Blue Run!

The cottage is very close to Blue Run which gives you free access to the spring fed Rainbow River for boating, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing! Located close to a waterfront restaurant with waterfront dining. Downtown Dunnellon offers restaurants, shopping and even antiquing. Publix, Aldi, Walmart, CVS and other stores are also very close for essentials.

Our cottage is absolutely adorable and sparkling clean! All of our furnishings and bedding are new and always fresh for a good night sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. We have an outdoor grill so just bring your charcoal! The backyard has chairs, fire pit and 2 kayaks! Since we are not on the water you will need your own truck/vehicle to transport the kayaks to the river. Smart TVs are in the living room and bedroom. A few games, dice and cards are provided.

There is a 50+ mile bike trail you can hop on right from the cottage! Just bring your own bikes! The roads coming in and out of the neighborhood right now are a little bumpy. Waiting on the city to fix them.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.

Amazing cottage, perfect location

We stayed for 4 days and we couldn't be happier! Super clean, with everything we needed. Very close to the rainbow river and the kayaks provided by the host made our stay even more convenient. It is a perfect location for a couple! I highly recommend!

Everything was exactly as described! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to stay for our anniversary. The hosts were available and happy to help us with anything we needed although we didn’t need anything because everything we needed was there. We hope to go back again.

Fantastic Little Cottage Getaway

You'll want to stay here! Absolutely the nicest, cleanest, cutest, everything you need & more, place to be! From the moment you walk through the front door, you feel welcomed. It smelled wonderful, the hosts had a winter scene on the TV with jazz music playing (our favorite) & a wonderful surprise of a heart shape made out of rose petals & tea light candles on the guest bed! It was our 30th anniversary getaway, & that just made our day! So thoughtful, thank you. It's close to both rivers for walking, kayaking & riding a bike. Lots of places to eat close by & after a long day, you get to come 'home' to cozy, comfortable furniture & a very comfortable bed. The hosts attention to detail with their guests in mind, will not go unnoticed. Can't wait to come back! Thank you so much :)

Great house for a getaway!

House is one of the cleanest we have stayed in. Everything in the house has been well thought out. Located in the center of everything it is easy to get to any and all of the beauty this little city has to offer. The hosts are top notch. We highly recommend staying here.

Cute, Cozy, & Convenient!

This bungalow was perfect for us to explore Dunnellon and the rainbow river. The house is very comfortable to be in and well provisioned. We did not cook there but I love the fact that they were spices and things that you would not think to bring on vacation available to use. We loved it and highly recommend this home.

This cottage is everything a VRBO should be!! Its absolutely adorable, super clean and in a fantastic location! Close to awesome antiquing in downtown Dunnellon and very close to the rainbow river. We’ll definable be back!!
