Exceptional service ! I came with my mother for her 75y birthday and they offered us a top upgrade with a full apartment instead of a room ! Staff , managers always excellent service . Food is high level ( and I am a Chef ). Too location if you stay in Marina area

We have had an amazing time at this luxurious hotel. The staff were exceptional, kind, warm and friendly. They could not do enough for their guests. The whole hotel was spotless, gleaming and unbelievable. The restaurants out of this world. Can’t wait to go back xx
