We enjoyed our stay in this condo. A few things we noticed. Little lighting in the double BR, a stain on the recliner in LR, sliding glass door would not lock. All minor things though. It was beautiful, comfortable and we would stay again. The view was so great.

Great place to stay!!
My family and I stayed here as a graduation getaway. It was 3 adults 3 children (2, 7 &15). Very secure location, all access was provided to us timely. There was plenty of space and exactly as pictured. Such a relaxing environment. The views from every room were wonderful, could not have picked a better location. Looking forward to booking again in the future!!

Fantastic view
The East Pass Tower 1 condo is very spacious! It feels like home. It is right on bay. It feels like you can reach right out and touch the water! It does have a view of the gulf, but it is a distance away. It was interesting to watch the marine traffic in the bay, as well as the dolphins, sea turtles, pelican, and gulls. The pelicans fly so close to the condo! The condo has everything you need to have a fantastic stay. The only things you need are your clothes and some beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the future.

Breathtaking view!
Sometimes pictures on rentals don’t do the place justice and in this case the pictures were incredible and in person the same. It’s a beautiful place and the views were incredible. The owners did note there were some upgrades coming to the condo that will I’m sure be amazing. I’d love to bring my parents and sis/BIL next time since there was plenty of space.

Great views, nice accommodations
We stayed over the Halloween weekend. Fireworks, pirate ship, dolphins and gorgeous sunsets from one of the two balconies. Furnishings were above average and the enclosed foyer/ hallways create a secure feeling in th building. We biked through the neighborhood and had a great time overall. Second visit to 409. Won’t be our last. Cheers

Nice stay
This condo is what we expected based upon pictures and reviews. The highlights are really the location and incredible views. Plenty of eating space and relaxing space with very comfortable chairs and couches. Areas for improvement (which seems typical for most rentals) would be better mattresses on all beds and a restocking of cooking pans, pots and knives. Lastly, it takes the oven 30 minutes to preheat to 500. This was mentioned in previous review. I will return to this condo again if they replace the mattresses. Wonderful views.

All we had hoped for!
We arrived at the condo just as winter storm Uri was starting to rear her ugly head. Being from KY, we couldn’t have found a better place to ride out the storm! Even though it was a cold week in Destin, we had a fabulous stay. The unit was comfortable, the amenities were all there for us and the view was fantastic. My wife remarked that it was the best Valentine’s Day gift she could have gotten! We hope to return.

Saw dolphins every day!
Beautiful, unique place to stay. Much better layout than most condos. This one has two living room spaces and 4 balcony areas (with good, comfortable furniture). Each bedroom has balcony view/access. With the different ways the balconies face, in the afternoon you can find sun or shade. We saw dolphins each day of our stay from the balcony. It was February so pretty quiet but I would guess in high season you would see a LOT of boat traffic as this property is near the bridge and is the way in to the East Pass to the marina. It is not on a real beach; it is a sea wall. But they do have sand out so all the same feels except putting your toes in the water. Just to the west is a nice beach area you can easily walk to that is protected by the jetty. Plus is you get the boats; minus is you miss the sound of the waves. But you can take a short walk to the east for a small, free beach or drive to the Henderson State Park maybe 5 minutes away for a fantastic beach (pay for full day pass). Condo was ok on kitchen stuff. Needs a new oven that doesn't take 30 minutes to warm up and needs a toaster and good set of knives. Really liked it overall and would for sure stay here again.
