The rooms are nice sized and the beds are comfortable. I was disappointed in the breakfast, and also that the front desk came knocking at 11PM because they didn't know if my room was occupied. I had my baby grandson with me and it scared us both. Other than that the stay was fune

Every staff person I encountered was super-friendly, courteous, and hospitable. In a time when customer service and kindness seems to be getting lost, Baymont Red Rocks definitely stood out.

Location could be a little better. Getting off the 6 freeway to the frontage road , on which the property is located is a real pain.. poor signage on the part of the highway department makes it easy to get into oncoming traffic. A run down restaurant property next door looks like a homeless camp with campers and trash all over that parking lot, breakfast was good offering hot items, eggs, burritos.. not just cold items and waffles although they had all that too. Often, the hot items were not replenished in a timely manner. The entry door locks were broken , making people walk all the way around to the main entrance to gain entry to the building. Low water pressure in the shower,and they had replaced the straight shower curtain rod with a curved out one, but neglected to install a longer shower curtain to compensate for the extended length, so the curtain wouldn't cover the entire tub length.. a one foot gap at one end or the other.. sorta cheap. Staff was great and very friendly.

While we were checking in a vehicle got egged outside. We were told we would have connecting rooms only to be informed at check in that there aren’t any connecting rooms there anymore. The rooms were filthy. There was a random man walking around outside our unlocked first floor window upon entering our rooms and the locks on the window were busted. Do not stay here. DO NOT BRING CHILDREN HERE. The pool is filthy and I wouldn’t walk anywhere in the entire hotel without shoes. We left immediately because we felt unsafe.

First, I am deeply sorry to hear about your discomfort during breakfast. The individual you mentioned should have been easily identifiable as a member of our team. I will be investigating this matter to ensure what happened. All the staff adhere to proper uniform and conduct policies. I also regret that the situation with the barking dogs impacted your stay. While we do our best to address noise concerns promptly, I understand that the lack of action during your visit was frustrating. I will work with our front desk team to ensure that there is a clearer procedure for handling situations like this, especially when the pet owners are not on site. In the future, we will take additional steps to help alleviate disturbances caused by pets. Your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and I apologize once again for not meeting your expectations.
