Beautiful Home and Cozy
This place was even prettier in person. They had everything you could think of to accommodate a guest. We would love to come back in the warmer months to use of the paddle boat.

Much needed long weekend retreat for 18th wedding anniversary
The property is exactly as described. Its well laid out and very nicely decorated. The paddle boat is fantastic and worked well for our fishing excursions on the lake where we caught bass, perch, crappie, and bluegill all day long. This was our first trip to the great lake area and I do not believe we could have picked a better location.

If you haven’t been here you need to!!!
My daughter and I have been coming here for three years in a row! There is no better place to relax, regroup and just find that peace you’ve been looking for! The hosts are the kindest, sweetest and most genuine people you will ever meet! From sunrise to sunset you can enjoy the sounds of nature, kayak or pedal pontoon the lake, nap or read on the reclining deck chairs, play cards or have a drink at the table on the dock or just hang out in the cottage and enjoy the comfort of feeling like you have just found a home away from home 💕 You will not regret choosing this cottage to make your memories in!!!

A great little cottage retreat
We really enjoyed this nicely decorated clean and bright roomy cottage in Delton. Living in Arizona, we especially enjoyed the green trees, grass, and the country feel of the area along with the surrounding lakes. Being on the cove was quiet and we did enjoy a paddle boat ride when the weather cooperated. The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were very accommodating and responded very quickly to any questions we had. Checkin and checkout process was also super easy. Our only recommendation would be to add memory foam toppers to the beds. Overall, the place is a gem and we would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and relaxing stay
The property was wonderful, very quiet and relaxing. Although Wall Lake gets a fair amount of traffic, the house is tucked away making it easy to kick back without a lot of noise. The paddle boat was a ton of fun and had easy access to the lake. Hosts were very responsive and made the check in process incredibly easy.

The Sweetest Home Away From Home
This was our 3rd stay and it is like visiting an old friend. Tammy and Paula are very thoughtful hosts. I have allergies they always look out for things they know are a concern for me. This time I even forgot to remind them when I scheduled our visit but that was not a problem the cottage was prepared as always. Trying to plan a fall.

Awesome for fishing!
We absolutely loved our stay! We spent a lot of time on the dock fishing and on the peddle boat fishing. We went out on the peddle boat / pontoon boat to go swimming as well. You wouldn't want to swim right off the dock. It's shallow and has lots of lily pads....but that's what makes it great for fishing and that's what we were more interested in. We caught tons of bluegill, bass and a few others (perch, crappie, & huge bowfin.) The house was super clean and had all the extras. We had everything we needed to cook and hang out. The outdoor space is great with a huge deck and a fire pit too. There was a fishing boat and 4 kayaks. We kayaked a lot too. The lake is huge, but was very calm while we were there. So boating was ideal. The instruction binder from the owner had lots of great instructions and tips. I cannot think of a single negative. It's exactly what we were looking for: very private, quiet, and a great vacation spot.

Perfect VRBO
We were totally happy with this home -- beautifully appointed, water use variety -- kayaks, huge pedal boat ,row boat -- we used them all and had a great time. Loved the seclusion of the small cove behind a huge lake. Owners were very responsive to all our pre-stay questions. The house is not very large but for a family of three or four ,it is very ample. I could add many more compliments -- we will be back next year!

Couldn’t be better
I’de like to say it was a horrible time just to keep this little gem to ourselves but as we were staying there, we were actively trining to book our next vacation there too and everything was all booked up so I think the cats already out of the bag. The place is even better than the pictures. We took out the peddle boat which was a lot of fun. I would just say if you’re shorter than 5.3 it might be hard to reach the peddles. That is my only negative on this place. It’s on a beautiful lake. While there are a lot of neighbors, the lake didn’t feel crowded and all the people we met were very friendly. The deck was beautiful and there were at least 50 places out there to sit and enjoy the view. I really cannot say enough good things about this place. If you’ve come to the reviews because you’re thinking of booking, don’t hesitate. Someone else will be taking your dates while you’re thinking. It’s got 2 bedrooms so it’s plenty of space for a small family or 2 couples.

Cozy cabin
We absolutely loved this little house! They thought of everything and were very accommodating. Loved all the decor. We celebrated Christmas there with our daughter, son in law, and grandson and had a blast! We would highly recommend staying here. We hope to stay there again soon!

Relaxing long weekend

Fall family trip
The cottage is warm, friendly and inviting. The scenery was beautiful. It is the perfect place to unwind with friends and family, play board games, watch TV, or enjoy time on the lake. Given that it was fall, we did not go out onto the lake, but we did enjoy fishing from the dock. We were able to catch several lovely fish, including a couple of big mouth bass. My partner caught her very first fish ever at this property, which will be a memory that we both cherish forever. This property is stocked with everything that you need from toiletries to linens to spices in the kitchen and recreational gear. The decor is amazing. He will definitely enjoy your stay at Tammy and Paula’s.
