Would give it a miss next time

We had 4 rooms booked for our stay: 1. Rooms were not on same floor 2. Two rooms assigned on level 7 which we later realised was a smokers floor which we were not told. Stay was miserable in these rooms and apparently no other rooms were available. All bookings were non smoking. 3. Air conditioner broke in the other room on 6th floor and and the poor maintenance guy tried to temporarily fix it but the hack did not work and this went on till 2.30 am and by that time our tired bodies had lost the strength to argue the case and we slept in that room which was stinking. 3. The only saving grace of dilapidated building was - extremely courteous staff who against all odds were always willing to help. And may be the geographical location.

Very poor .I checked out a day early inputs of paying the full amount.Very old property and I pay $150 per day.I would like atleast my last day of satay to be refunded .No soap in shower,sink clogged.AC keeps turning off.Could not sleep 2 noghts properly.

Bad service bad food

The food and service at the dinner and breakfast was far from Hilton standards. I wouldn’t be staying here again. The waiters were working 15 hours shifts and with great difficulties basic things like the cutlery napkins water was provided after requesting repeatedly. Dismal state of affairs.

Clean, good location but service can be improved

The hotel was located in a very convenient loacation, in south delhi, next to Saket select City & DLF mall and direct access to the mall from the hotel was a plus. Rooms were large, comfortable and clean. Service could have been improved. The bfast when asked to be served in the room was very bare minimum even though the buffet was paid for. A few things ordered other than bfast took a lot of time. Otherwise a good choice of hotel

Old hotel. Carpets are stained. All Toilet fixtures are almost broken condtion. Becareful when you seat on the toilet tissue holder will hit your knee. Faucetes are probably from the 70s. Even the elevator floors are with broken tiles. I dont know how Hilton corporate still keep this hotel in their chain.

The hiton hotel in Saket Delhi is horrible to stay. Very dirty stinky. Room service is poor and have to make multiple calls when requesting something. The mall makes it easy to stay for convenience but please do your research before booking. There is always unhappy customers arguing with the front staff for something. I stayed at Hilton Jaipur and in Chennai way better.,

Our first stay was so good, that we booked again for our return. But your staff didn't complete our return trip booking, and we had a bit of hassle at check in. Was given a bad room (602) which was not clean and had other problems. Subsequest move to 607 and remainder of our stay was very good.

Great stay as a stopover for one night. Welcoming reception staff. Lovely food. Wonderful pool staffed by lifeguard Vinay who was an excellent pool host and kept the pool safe for a very enjoyable few hours of swimming. Hotel also kindly let me use their business hub free of charge for a days work after I'd checked out. Highly recommend.
