We stay at this property often.

Breakfast and the attendant were awesome. The food was a little different each morning, which is nice if you’re there several days. Belle at front desk was amazing. I had forgotten to bring my own pillow and the hotel pillows didn’t allow me a good night’s sleep for two nights Belle went to extra effort to find a better pillow for me and next three nights I got a good nights sleep. Yea!

My husband and I enjoyed staying here until the last morning when we slept in later so arrived for breakfast at 9:15am (it’s advertised until 9:30) and it was obvious much of the usual breakfast items (fruit, fresh half/half, etc) had already been removed. I asked the woman cleaning in the area about the fresh half/half that was usually there when I went for coffee first and she said “sorry, we are out” and suggested that I use the packaged cream. I didn’t believe her and then when I noticed the other previously available items missing, I really didn’t believe her…she was picking up breakfast before 9:30. I went to refill my coffee before going back to the room (probably after 9:30) but there were several people still eating breakfast and it was gone too. A shame because it was a great stay until that happened and that’s what we will remember instead of the nice, efficient room, private balcony and great view.

Belle at the front desk is a gem. She greeted us warmly and was helpful with 501C status checkin. The room was clean and comfortable and had a great view of the fall leaves. We enjoyed having a patio!

/we were there for Thanksgiving with family. Beautifiul hotel, only 3 yrs old Check in was long due to desk clerk compalinig that the one before him did not move all stays into the day's list.
