Stayed for two nights in mix dorm and was okay for female traveler like me. Negative- ※sometimes didn't have curtain for your bed ※must climb up stairs for room and bathroom Positive+ ※super kind stuffs ※great breakfast ※friendly dog ※freebeer at rooftopbar ※local tip It's a perfect place for a quick and solo traveler :)

Good breakfast

Stayed for two nights in mix dorm and was nothing to complain about. Stuffs are kind enough to help you with anything. Although uou have to use many stairs to go to your room or bathroom, it suits a solo traveler like me ! ☆☆breakfast was good as well you can pick from around 8 different dishes every day :)

We went to check in only to fond other guests in the lobby complaining about BEG BUGS covered head to toe. needless to say we didnt stay. we asked for a refund and they said we would have to get it via expedia while handing the other guests cash in hand. Expedia were helpful and got a hold of hostel asking for a refund.. the hostel turned around and said they had no issue with our stay. So not only are they covered in BED BUGS they are LIARS too!

They have bugs in the bad.

They have bugs in the bad, the internet doesn't work, the air-conditioned is off all the time. It's not free breakfast it's just one free breakfast, it's not free beer it's just one free beer. Terrible service, don't be here.

Good 15minutes walk to the Cathedral, close to Vietnamese eateries and minimart. 1km walk to Dragon bridge. Only thing was there's no curtains in the double bed room. Good for short stays.

Very basic hostel

Washrooms are very old and dirty. There is a dog smell when you first enter but goes away once in your room. The people in the front are really nice but wouldn't stay here again, needs to have upgrades. Even with A.C. the room is still hot

Walking distance to tourist attraction spots

- Not far from the airport, about VND55,000/- by grab car. U can ask the tourist information counter at the airport before out from the terminal to help u to Book. - Walking distance to Han market, Con Market, The shopping Mall, The Dragon bridge, The Museum of Cham Sculpture, Cathedral Church - The hostel staff are friendly to tell u where to eat the cheapest local food. - I twisted my angle when I climbed up to the Marble Mountain, when I came back to the hostel, the staff named Ha helped Me to rub it. Highly appreciated that, so I can walk the next day. - The hostel has dogs, somehow it wouldn‘t disturb u. U can ignore them. - Every morning the hostel serves the breakfast with various variety such as pancake/toast with eggs, bananas, strawberry jam, peanut butter, as well as tea and coffee. - Every night there is free beer to enjoy At the rooftop, play snooker, listen to the music, play cards...u name it... - The bed is comfortable with air-con room. The restroom is clean, hot shower too.

Staying at danang backpackers hostel was very nice. I met some amazing travelers who were staying here. And all of the staff is very kind, I reccomend getting to know them. There is also free beer and it is in a great location

Friendly hostel

I stayed in the 36 bed dorm. Curtains provide privacy and there are lockers for everyone. Fans kept the room cool compared to the rest of the hostel. Staff are friendly and helpful; not all speak English fluently so need to be patient about that. There are five dogs as well. I enjoyed my stay; it's not luxurious but for the budget travelers it's a friendly place to be.

The facility is big and nice, but there was a strong dog odor from family pets. The staff was a bit off and not customer service oriented. The place felt too religious for me. The bed is basic. Free breakfast was good.

Good backpackers

Nice place to stay for a few nights if you are in Danang. Perfect location. You can hire a motorbike from there for 150000 dong which was really good. Rooftop bar is fab. Staff very friendly and helpful. The dog is lovely and friendly. Free breakfast could be better but great place for the price.

If the big, cute dog in lying in the lobby is not enough to greet you with a warm welcome, the friendly staff will be sure to make you feel right at home. Danang Backpackers Hostel is a great place to situate yourself in the heart of Danang. The staff will not only tell you where the best places are to visit, they will offer affordable accommodations to make the most of your trip. Wake up early and enjoy breakfast and coffee on the rooftop bar as you gaze upon the street scenery below. It is also a great way to meet other travelers. Be sure to rent a bike through the hostel and cruise through the many sights of Danang. The mountains and the beach are a short bike ride away due to the convienient location of the hostel. The hostel offers clean rooms, friendly staff and an experience of Danang you may not be able to find anywhere else. If the urge to ride through Monkey Mountain compels me to take another trip to Danang, I will not hesitate to spend another night in Danang Backpakcers Hostel.
