Staff and shuttle driver lovely. Our room said it could sleep 5, but was 2 queen beds and a cold hard window seat was the option for the 5th person. Sheets were either not washed or stained, saw a couple cockroaches

Filthy, Filthy, Filthy.

The hotel is a mess. My room was filthy. The bathroom has stains all over the walls. Lights with just a bulb and no shade. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER GO THERE. I only ended up staying one of the two nights I booked. The owner or operator has no pride in there business.

Thankfully we only stayed 1 night. Elevator was broke, smelled like bug spray, beds were decent. In the morning I saw several bugs including a roach. The water from the tub fill and shower head ran at the same time. Won’t be back….ever

Room was filthy upon arrival! Mold in the windows and bathroom; exhaust fan does not work; floor was disgusting and ripped up in many areas! Walls had stains on them to the point I didn't even want to touch them! When we turned on the TV, the first thing we saw was PORN from the last person who stayed in the room!!! The rooms are supposed to be non-smoking yet the entire place has a foul stench of 30 year old Marlboro cigarettes giving my children and I a hard time breathing every time we left the room! The tub creaked like it was rotted and about to fall down (we were on the 3rd floor) at any moment. Every night, I kept getting up every 3 hours to do a roach sweep and killed at minimum 7 roaches during our stay!!! The price was the only good thing but I will be requesting a refund since we were not able to enjoy our stay at all!!!

Do Not Book this Hotel!!

It was NASTY! Nothing was cleaned at all, including floors throughout the Building. Mold in both bathrooms of rooms 208 & 209. The girl working the front desk lives at the Hotel. After waiting 10+ mins you would watch her on the camera monitor coming out of her room to come to the front desk. Bloody carpet in both rooms, the light fixtures are falling, sink in rm 208 is broken, the room phone doesn’t work, we were given DIRTY Towels!!! The whole Build smells like cigarette smoke! Complaints were not corrected and/or addressed. Please do not make the same mistake as I did and not read the reviews!! We had months in advance already booked and paid upfront so we tuffed it out. This is by far the Worst Place we have ever been, EVER!! My Family will NEVER be back to this facility. If State agencies were to walk in RIGHT NOW, they would close this place down!! Steer clear, you have been warned.

Hotel needs to be shut down. Disgusting. Mold in bathrooms, felt like you were going to fall through the bathroom floor, no smoke detectors. We had three rooms we tried and each one was nasty. Whole hotel smelled like weed. Stay away from here!!!!

Paper thin walls and loud neighbors

People in the next room had tv on loud all night. Called desk multiple times,nothing got done. Ended up leaving at 4:45am to try and get some sleep in the car. Absolutely brutal. Room should be refunded but of course they wouldnt do that

Under renovation at this time. Ice machine wasn't working. Room had no view but the back of the entrance facade. Bedside light didn't work. Phone didn't work. No water bottles in room. Staff was nice enough to change my room but that room had no microwave, no refrigerator and no functioning remote for the tv. I carried the refrigerator from the first room to the second room because it was needed for medication. The desk staff and the cleaning staff were very kind and helpful.

I would have given a 5* if it weren’t for the pungent stench of weed in the hall. That is not the fault of the hotel, just rude and inconsiderate guests who don’t care about others or no smoking signs everywhere. Staff was fabulous, check in was fast and I would stay again as the rooms are clean and bed was comfy. Thankfully the room didn’t smell like the hall!

I will never stay at that hotel again number one it had roaches number two. I was there for three days and I had to go ask for clean towels. My refrigerator didn’t work and may and one of the managers. She said I was nasty so she brought me a new refrigerator, but the thing idea I had perishables and I was concerned so I will never recommend that to anyone.
