Second and definitely not last visit…
We came here because my grandma and aunt live in the town. We wanted someone to fit my whole family with multiple bedrooms for the kids. They literally have thought of everything. They have everything you could want. It is a perfect, quiet part of town just 15 minutes for whatever you need. The only thing I would’ve wanted for comfort was a throw blanket or something for laying on the couch. They have simply ages and the odile started beeping. I contacted the property manager who was super responsive, but we were unable to fix the beeping which was annoying. Overall it did not ruin the trip and we are definitely staying again.

Great place
My family and I came down for a funeral and stayed here. We all wish we could have stayed longer because this place was amazing and the location was great. Definitely will be looking forward to visiting again.

Summer Vacation
Was issues with check-in but once everything was worked out with owner since management was unavailable was able to get in. Enjoyed the beautiful house. Great location was very central to all the outdoor attraction. Will keep thos place in mind if we ever come back. Don't hesitate rent....

Exactly what we needed
This place was perfect for us. I was in town with the family to see my grandma. It was 7 minutes from her house and only a few minutes from major shopping and food. The place was super clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is we could have done with more pillows in the bedrooms and seating in the living room. For a house that fits that many people there wasn’t much couch space. But that’s minor…I would 100% recommend this place and we want to stay there again next next year. Tamara was great and texted us closer to our stay to check in. Oh! And for families with babies/kids..or those who like to nap- they have blackout curtains! That was a pleasant surprise

Quite neighborhood with heated pool.
The home is very family friendly. We enjoyed the heated pool and the arcade games.

Go see the parks and Manatees!
As a Florida native who left the state over 20 years ago I loved this house and location. It is all kinds of old school Florida. Just a great house, super close to Publix, Kings Bay (manatees) and state parks. The house was well stocked clean and functional. We received timely contact from the host and had everything we needed to check in/out smoothly. Side note, if you are going to snorkel with Manatees check out fun2dive and for food Seafood Seller is a great local joint. Ice cream would be dockside ice cream. Enjoy this place it’s a great stay!!

Great place, lots to keep teens/kids occupied!
We had a great stay, the house had lots for our kids to do when we weren't out on the town. The screened in pool was great - no sunburns!! The manager was extremely helpful and even helped us get a great deal on a last minute inshore fishing trip. Everyone had a blast!

Very pleased!
This house is wonderful. Nicely furnished and lots of sleeping spaces. Everything worked as it should and was excellent proximity to Ocala, Crystal River and close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Would definitively reserve this house again. Evolve was easy to work with and covered the bases. Tgank you for a great experience.

Golf trip
Very clean & well kept, had everything u need , only thing I suggest is to have an iron & ironing board available and no extra paper towels or bathroom tissue. For us it worked out plenty of golf courses to play , over all r stay was great

Manatee House
Loved the location. Only 13 miles from mn manatee tours. Got to snorkel one day with manatees. Next day we kayaked with the manatees.

New and a little out of the way
Thanks for fixing things that were broken. It was a little far from shopping which has pros and cons. The neighbor had an issue with our car being barely across their property line and they didn’t know the house was an vrbo.
