Perfect Girls Weekend Destination
Just two friends enjoying a relaxing weekend with the hot tub, take out, and movie favorites on the big screen and reclining sofa. The location is very close to shopping, dinning and outdoor activities! The bed is perfection, so comfortable!!!! I will be returning for sure! Also the host is very helpful and accommodating! 10/10 for our stay!

Great stay!
We were visiting NH for only a day and was lucky enough to stumble upon this place! The host was very communicative, and everything was top notch! Very close to many mountains. Food locally was AMAZING. The hot tub and game room were great. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We really enjoyed the property – it was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway with friends to watch the Super Bowl. However, there were a few inconveniences that impacted the experience. The constant communication before, during, and after our stay was overwhelming. Additionally, the host required us to meet in person upon arrival to go over a long list of rules and guidelines, which caused more anxiety than enjoyment and took away from the overall experience.We also had to go out and buy basic cleaning supplies, such as paper towels, sponges, and Clorox wipes, which we hadn’t expected.I would recommend the host provide written guidelines upon arrival, perhaps in a binder, as it’s difficult to remember everything discussed in a face-to-face meeting. Despite these issues, the property itself was great. Unfortunately, due to the communication, experience with the host, and lack of supplies, we wouldn’t rent this house again.

Had a great time on family ski trip. Good location. Owner was great to work with. Nice and clean place. Kids and parents enjoyed. Owner goes out of his way to make it nice, comfortable and willing to address any concerns.

What a great place to relax and unwind. You can relax in the hot tub or play some games in the lower level. The only suggestion I would make is I wish there was a ½ bathroom in the lower level. I am used to having more then 1 bathroom so that took some getting use to. Otherwise, I can't wait to return to relax, shop and go out for dinner (but cooking there was great too).

Paul was really great. We had an amazing time and was nice and quiet. It was very beautiful at night with stargazing while in the hot tub. The game room was really cool. There were so much to do and the fireplace was nice and warm and cozy. Absolutely love the carpet in front of the fire. It was so nice and soft and fuzzy. The rooms were very comfortable, and we loved the master bed. Great property and totally worth the price. I would definitely recommend🤗

Amazing stay!
Paul was absolutely amazing. I loved how he met us to go over everything and meet him as it added so much more ease and comfortability in our stay. He was so nice and accomodating. The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything anyone would ever want. It was sucluded and peaceful and me and my girlfriend enjoyed our time so mu h. You wont be disappointed in your stay here. Would love to book woth Paul again!

Immaculate house, great property, friendly host!
I know it’s a cliche, but pictures really don’t do justice for how nice this house really is. The property has neighbors on two sides, but there are trees obscuring direct views, so it feels very secluded. The back deck where the grill and hot tub are located has complete privacy. The host is very friendly and takes the time to show you all the ins and outs of the house so you’re not left wondering what does what and how things work. We stayed two weekends in a row (with a work trip to Boston in between). We found it very peaceful and relaxing. 100% would recommend this house and will definitely stay here on our next trip to the area.

Amazing place to stay right near all the shops.
The property was extremely clean, quiet, and secluded. You're located 15 minutes from all the local shops and there's plenty of trails to experience. Overall a great place to stay.

Paul was a great host! His house had everything you could need to have a great time. Hot tub and pool table were great. We really like the way Paul decorated the house. It looked fantastic! I would definitely recommend staying at this location. Can’t wait to stay again! Thank Paul!

Great getaway
You meet the host at check in, and he was very nice and walked us through the home/amenities. The property was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and private. The house was clean and spacious with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The living room set up was great (very comfortable recliner couch, and large TV). We loved spending time in the game room (it had pool, ping pong, air hockey and nice speakers to play music.. also had a TV which we just didn't use). Kitchen had all you could need, we just didn't use it. The back porch was very nice, got great sun, with nice seating that was very private (had a jacuzzi which we just didn't use but it was very clean/well kept). We would stay here again!

Our stay began with a bouquet of red roses from Paul, the owner, in celebration of our anniversary (the reason for our visit).His home is beautiful and meticulously clean. The backyard is peaceful and the jacuzzi was awesome. Absolutely delivered!

Solitude and Tranquility
Beautiful space with gorgeous natural views and the perfect amount of privacy. Extremely comfortable sleeping arrangements. Lovely amenities. The hot tub was fantastic. Would highly recommend for a couple, solo travel, or a friend getaway.

Very nice house with lots of amenities, but
The house was beautiful and very private. The hot tub was amazing, the rooms were big and spacious with all the monitor amenities and most everything was automated. Big beautiful TV with a very nice comfortable reclining couch, pool table and ping pong table in the basement. Housw was clean upon a arrival. Only two minor things that bothered me about the house. The owner has a security camera that faces the backyard so every time you make a movement in the hot tub the spotlights go on which it makes it very hard to try to enjoy the night sky or just a peace and tranquility. The other very unsettling issue was the owner messaged us on Saturday morning telling us he's going to come by in the afternoon for a inspection of the hot tub as he does every Saturday and we don't have to be home and then lo and behold he's knocking on the door to come in claiming he wants to check the humidity of the house. I can't say I've ever been in a house where the owner come through in the middle of your stay. Other than that we had a great time and it was a very nice house

Magnificent
Paul the owner was wonderful when we met Duggan tour the house explained everything we had an issue with the hot tub because of a power surge the night before he talked us through. It had to reset the breaker. Everything was first class. We will stay there again shortly.

Beautiful getaway spot!
Our trip was very nice. The house is super comfortable, updated and very clean. Paul walks you through the check in process and is able to assist with anything you need at a moment’s notice. Hot tub was a nice treat!
