Not good at all all

Not at all what I expected. Picture is so deceiving roll on late on check in looks old and run down. Definitely not for family to stay did not feel safe at all for my kids and wife. Lucky I travel with my CCW. nothing but illegals camping out and suspicious people walking around. Very disappointed with this choice. The only thing that was good the beds were comfortable. Rooms are old and to match the outside. The free breakfast is coffee and a package pastry and that's it.

Staff was friendly and responsive. Those were literally the ONLY positives. The rug in the room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, there was rust and mold in the shower, cracked sink, broken headboard on the bed. They charged as if you were staying in a decent motel. Totally not so. Wrapped Danish and an apple was the “breakfast” offered for free. We will never stay in a Days Inn again. Expected so much more from a Wyndham property.

The room was in a poor condition. The carpet was really dirty and sticky. The doors handle broke. The room phone wasn't working. A motel is a lot cleaner and in a better condition than this. I know cuz I've been to one with my man. And we've also been to another DaysInn hotel and it was way better than this one.

The absolute grossest motel I’ve ever been in. We could not take off our shoes. The grime, dirt, Messed up tiles, filth. We should have gone someplace else but we got in way too late, and things were full nearby. Do not stay here.

Everything was outdated, dingy, and in total disrepair in the room. We noted that the pictures on Expedia did NOT match the property in the least (our first clue, should have been that when we called to request a jacuzzi tub as pictured, and we were told there were no rooms like that.) We could not see where the hot breakfast as advertised would be and based on the state of the lobby and not sure we would want to eat there. To be honest, we ended up leaving and not staying there and thankfully the manager was kind about it and Expedia refunded our money. I am more concerned with how Expedia represented the property as even the rating was misleading. Also annoying is the bot that you have to talk to a million times before you get a live person. Expedia can do better. This has left me concerned with our upcoming stay in NYC. I hope the property there is as noted.
