2 day stay for thanksgiving and never again. The bedsheets had holes, roaches crawling on the headboard, dirty bathtub, shower curtain was torn, toilet constantly running and barely flushing. And rooms around us were under construction so you could hear equipment going off throughout the day. I do not recommend at all.

Propety was in horrible shape, rooms were awful, uncomfortable beds. Staff failed to replace broken coffee maker with one from empty room from half-empty hotel. We moved to another hotel.

The property wasn’t dirty rather that’s outside or in the lobby and in the room but you can acknowledge there’s a couple of old furniture but they have stepped up to make things modern as much they can at the moment. I do appreciate them leaving so many towels in the restroom. Honestly can’t go wrong with that and the microwave good and mini refrigerator works properly. So i believe your getting more then what you pay for. They give you a tiny bottle of soap and conditioner but again if you’re just staying the night, it shouldn’t bother you. Other then that pretty sure you’re bringing your own so that’s the least of your worries 😂 lastly they have snacks to offer like chips and soft drinks so these past months going hotels in harlingen . I say over looking this hotel so many times they are perfect for your buck happy made the decision to book here . Don’t have to pay so much to get a decent hotel. Nor to little it meets the golden standards .

Roach motel.

My goodness. This was the definition of “roach motel”. When the clerk woke up to check us in we parked and went in. Dead roaches, Dead crickets and live roaches and live crickets crawling around once we turned the light on. Horrible mildew smell. Carpet was like wet/moist. Awful. Horrible. This room should have been $40not $100! We left and slept in the car. This place needs to be bulldozed.

I do not leave reviews but I need to warn you. There are roaches climbing on walls, beds, lamps, and ac. There were dead roaches between the wall and the bed. I booked because the ratings said good and was given 7.4 it is not and because we were there for the space x launch and there weren’t rooms available. The sheets were stained. The bathroom had stuff all over them. The tub looked filthy and black. We were there for 4 hours and really tired with kids. If there were other options available I would have raised a fuss. I guess the staff was nice my husband was smiling, laughing and carrying on a conversation but I didn’t go in.

The rooms smelled really bad. moldy and old carpet. Bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. Had to ask to change room. Looked at 2 other rooms. Sane thing. Finally the 3rd room was decent. But not up to par with photos on website. Very misleading.

The first room I put my food down and unloaded the car, it was maybe 10/20mins. My food had 4 cockroaches, and 3 crickets in the room. The moved me different rooms but did not replace my food. 2nd rood was wonderful. It newly remodeled room.

This property could best be described as low average and to make matters worse, it has the WORST breakfast experience. I believe that residents in the Texas penitentiary receive a more balanced and nutritious breakfast. You should remove this from your advertisement.
