KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM
The large kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances along with being fully stocked to cook up a family meal or quick breakfast. New granite counter tops along with a coffee bar, with kuerig, is supplied for your convenience. Starter Kuerig K-Cups are provided.
Open Concept kitchen to living room and dining room area. Dining seating for four very comfortably with 2 extra bar stools at the large granite island (additional card table/4 folding chairs located in laundry room). The living room is adjacent with a queen pull out sofa for the children or extra guests in your adventure. A 50" Flat Screen Tv and free WIFI. Large slider door off Living Room to a wonderful patio to watch the kids playing in the pool or at the playground. A full Laundry room is right off of kitchen.

1st KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 1st King Bedroom features luxury linens and pillow top mattress to sleep the night away. This bedroom has a touch of rustic flair with a shiplap floor to ceiling headboard wall. Flat screen TV to watch your favorite show. You have access to the bath with tub/shower combo, with granite vanity and quick dry towels. All linens are provided. The bath is also accessible from the main living area.

2nd KING BEDROOM SUITE
The 2nd King Bedroom is a complete Master Suite with private bath with double sinks and tub/shower combo with ADA ht toilet. A massive high king 4 poster bed will make you feel like the queen or king of your castle. Complete access to the patio to take in that early cup of coffee before the rest of the family awakes. Flat screen TV along with DVD player provided.

Short Branson Stay

Very peaceful area not far from the strip or Silver Dollar City. The playground was close right outside our condo which was a plus for our granddaughter. The condo was very roomy and nicely decorated. The only downside is one of the beds is very high up, not easy for anyone short. Otherwise very nice.

Lovely Condo

My family and I stayed for a few days here and loved it. My son was able to go play on the playground right outside the sliding doors of the condo. It was clean and comfortable. The condo looks just as it is pictured. It was a very comfortable stay. We would and will be staying here again.

The pool and playground were directly behind our ground level patio. Awesome place to stay with kids. One of our grandkids is disabled and it was great not having to go up and down stairs to go anywhere. Highly recommended!!

Lovely stay

Fit our needs perfectly. Very very close to the pool. Just beyond the patio. Very clean and comfortable. The days were hot but the condo stay cooled; probably because it was the basement level. Would recommend a small step stool for the master bedroom. I am in my 70’s and had a little trouble because of the height of the bed and I am 5’6”. If I were short it would have been difficult.

Enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of room for all the kids. I LOVED having a pool right out the backdoor. And the easy access to the back door from our parking spot was an added bonus (instead having to go up and down steps several times a day). We've stayed at Point Royale resort several times and have always left happy!

Nice stay!

Condo was a little hard to find due to the entry being below ground level, but worked out great due to proximity to the pool - literally just right out the back patio. We used the back patio entrance to come and go as it was easier and more light to see if coming in after dark. Condo itself was nicely appointed with a good amount of seating and kitchen items. Plenty of area to store things out of your way as well. Few things to note that would be important to know, in case you miss in the fine print. No laundry soap, body wash or shampoo/conditioner was provided. This was a total first for us in any rental. No pool towels or beach towels provided and notes stating not to use their towels at the pool. Thankfully we had packed our own beach towels. Also, the master bed is freakishly high off the ground. As a 5 foot 2 person it was quite the jump for me lol. It was fine but if anyone had any mobility issues it may cause quite a challenge. Also, this condo is quite a ways from the club house/gym/main pool - you would need to drive to access those things. None of these things were a deal breaker for us and I would stay there again. Just feel they were worth a mention.

Perfect and safe location. We loved that the pool and playground was as close as possible. Wish we could have stayed longer. Accurate description except the steep hill to get in the back door was harder for my dad, but we made it work . Thank you for a wonderful condo for our 1st family vacation!
