Spend your vacation time just one and a half blocks from the beach (4 minutes walk). This rear two-bedroom cottage, back off the street, features a delightful open-concept kitchen to living room, and outdoor space for grilling and lounging, as well as free parking in private driveway.
Being just steps from the ocean, this home is updated and fully equipped with new amenities. Guests will find themselves indulging in unforgettable days full of sunshine, warm breezes, and salty air. Four beach tags, four beach chairs and umbrella are included.
The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the neighbors are friendly. Walking distance to main street, restaurants and train station.
There are two nights minimum for rental request.
One bedroom has one full mattress and the other has one bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had such a pleasant stay. The house was immaculate, new appliances, block and half from the boardwalk, and so comfortable. I’m already making plans to go back and stay again. Super great communication with the property owners. Kids had a great time.
