I booked the room to keep my belonging since I was attending a birthday party. The front desk staff facilitated the checking process. The facility/room looks clean; however, the bathtub had rusting spots. the shower head had visible dirty buildup. I did not border to complain about that since I knew I was not spending my night in the room. Housekeeper woke me up at 9am while I was resting before I get on the road, to confirm if I was checking out. She opened the door as she knocked, without taking into account that somebody could be naked in the room. Then the housekeeping supervisor knocked at the door at 1100 to make sure I was leaving. That was very inappropriate behavior from the housekeepers. I hope you may improve the above concerns. Thanks!

Enjoyed having a couch to chill out on inside of only a bed. Curtains & carpet would have made it a bit cozier. Breakfast was great and the location was perfect to continue on the last leg of our journey.

My check-in was not good because no "mobile carts" were available, at 10pm and I had to carry my luggage to the other end of the hotel (room 228). And the desk clerk didn't tell me that a rear door as located at the rear elevators.!!!!!
