*Min age to rent any property is 25. If you, the credit card holder- person signing the contract- and person responsible for the reservation, rents this house and are not 25, we will cancel the booking and you will not get a refund, no exceptions, you MUST be 25 or older.
*Per county rules: Weddings are NOT allowed of any kind or size, on the property or at the house. You will be shut down immediately and will lose the security deposit and will be subject to more fines.
*You are only allowed 6 persons at any time at the house. This includes any diners or gatherings you may have.
*Please help us to keep our home a vacation rental. NOISE ORDINANCE 9pm TO 8am DAILY and is very strict in this neighborhood.
* Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQ's are illegal in the Lake Tahoe Basin.
*Parking: 3 cars allowed at house at any time. There is no street parking per county and fire safety rules. Pursuant to DCC 20.622.040 (D) (6) Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/or display the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the responsible party or person of the vehicle. You must display the parking pass in both vehicles during your stay. They are in the rental house.
*Please be prepared for winter driving conditions as we are above 7k feet in elevation, and we do get snow.

You will fee right at home in this cozy 3 bedroom condo in Lake Village. The condo is very close to down town where most of the restaurants and shopping are located. You are also very close to the beaches on the Nevada side of the Lake, like Nevada Beach, Round Hill Pines and Zephyr Cove.

Every amenity in the home is brand-new as of July 2020... beds, linens, furniture, all kitchen items like plates, cups, knives, etc. The kitchen appliances are top of the line stainless steal Wolf appliances. The home is very well decorated and you will feel right at home!!

You will have access to the clubhouse where the pool, hot tub, tennis courts and more are located. Our company does not own or operate any of the amenities or anything to do with the Clubhouse; closures, out of order, or anything of the sort are out of our control.

The kitchen, dining area, living room, deck with BBQ and a half bathroom are located on the top, 3rd floor, of the condo. On the second floor is the bedroom 1, the master with a king bed and a private full bathroom. There is also bedroom 2 with a queen and bedroom 3 with a bunk of a twin on top and full on bottom. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The loft in the pictures above the kitchen is off limits.

The ground floor, 1st floor, of the condo is the garage. You can access the house through the garage.

Parking is very limited, you will only fit one car in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Do not block any part of the neighbors side of the driveway. There is no street parking as there is no room at all and it is against the HOA and county rules.
