The hotel room had cockroach in it. I talked to management. They told me they were giving me my money back. It never did and told me they were gonna call the cops on me because I asked for the receipt showing that they were refunding me my money I have pictures.

The air conditioner in our room needed replaced. The buttons weren't adjustable. The beds were comfortable but there were stains on the duvet covers. They were obviously replacing the mattresses in the building (which is great) but the old mattresses were sitting outside on the lawn, which looked trashy. The carpets need replaced but otherwise the rooms were pretty clean and tidy.

The new mattress was amazing They should get rid of all room carpeting. No body lotion Towels we more a bit old No coffee or breakfast at 6 am and door locked for main lobby - no attendant.

From frozen biscuits in the morning to stained showers. I’d say you get what you pay for but I’ve gotten a much better deal with a whole lot more cleanliness. Needs an update for sure but start with wiping down some walls.
