Well…it’s an ok hotel! Location is good! An the tram is just outside! Clean enough, beds are uncomfortable…an there’s no real service to speak of! Reception is wishy washy at best! I love the auto check in…meaning no matter what time, you use a machine to check in out of hours! But make sure you phone hotel to confirm it! Breakfast is pretty good an probs worth the extra few quid! All in all a good stay, shame beds are hard/memory foam! Balcony was a nice touch, a little cramped but an outside space at least…

Air conditioning is a problem if you do not understand that you have to request this in advance. Furniture in the room is probably the cheapest they could find. The only person that was exceptional is the one women who works in the breakfast area and works like three personnel. She is originally from Hungary and should be promoted and given a raise. She provided amazing service. The other good thing about the place is the laundry service which the house keeping team does for the customer.

We planned to visit Würzburg as it figures prominently in our family’s ancestry. We looked for available rooms in the city and were shocked at the prices: it’s a beautiful place, but it’s not Munich or Berlin. After scrolling for a bit, I found this one. The price was good and the location was fine. I had no qualms about driving into town to park, anyway. We crossed our fingers it’d be fine. When we checked in, we asked about laundry. We’d already been travelling for a week and had a other ahead. Though we weren’t allowed to use their machines, we were offered the chance to drop our laundry down in the morning and pick it up in the afternoon. This was a great gift, since we were planning on touring the city. We left it at the front desk and picked it up in the late afternoon: it had been all even been folded! It cost us €30 but the benefit was better than losing a day of our trip at the laundromat. Breakfast the following morning was superb. The offerings on the buffet table were great. The hotel is renovating, so the rooms, while nice, sort of pale in comparison to the dining area. It’s really nice! There’s a coffee/tea nook, snacks and a generally pleasant space to be in. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The hotel was a great location. Tram stop across the street, along with a grocery store, McDonald's, getrinke mart. They have a coffee machine in the lobby that is free, a cooler with free ice cream, a beer machine for 3 euro, snacks, drinks etc. Breakfast was good, and the room was nice.
