the breakfast was good!We arrived to check in at 10pm. The guy at reception was not receptive, he seemed to be sleeping, he was only wearing socks, not very professional. I didn't have a hairdryer in the room, I called reception, after 35 minutes we waited, we had to go look for a hairdryer..

I was disappointed with the overall experience, apart from Joy and Erica the staff at the front desk were unhelpful and seemed unfriendly, unprofessional, not welcoming, they feel bored by my questions and didn’t want to help. They always acted as if they were tired and I was bothering them with my questions , the manager was extremely rude, arrogant and lack management skills. He was unhelpful and uninterested in addressing my concerns about my invoices! My contactless hotel room door card/key was always faulty and the TV remote control never works properly leading me to always get out of the room to go at the front desk for help even at relaxation time with my child. The staff was never happy to get the card/key changed and they were acting as if it was my fault if the card was not working in the first place. There was also an African-American male staff that never smiled or want to answer any questions he was always grumpy, extremely nonchalant/sleepy and when I ask him about my invoice, he directed me back to the manager knowing that he could’ve simply helped me himself. They whole staff are not kids friendly as they always have a weird look directed to my son when he was walking around in the lobby area under my supervision of course! My hotel room was clean. Housekeeper was done every day, including weekends. Free breakfast was ok!

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was quiet, the room was comfortable, etc. there are great food options nearby the pizza place across the street is awesome. I do wish they turned on the heat in the room before I checked in it was really cold in there when I checked in. The door to the room can use some adjustment because you really have to press it closed for it to be fully shut.

Dirty Run down hotel

We arrived and our room was absolutely filthy. There were dried food on the counter, handprints on the doors, dirt on the walls. The room has been sprayed with some very strong air freshener that was making all of our eyes water. The door was very loose so even locked it didn't feel safe. There was very little light so it was dark and unsafe near our door. We were supposed to stay 2 nights but only stayed one.

This is posted as a hotel but it is a Motel. Same price like a hotel. Takes at least 2 hour to commute to Manhattan in public transportation (train and metro). It is not convenience to any of the 2 airports it take about 2 hour to go to the airport.

the water temperature of the shower was hard to regulate--scalding hot or very cold. One night I had to wait a few hours to get any hot water. the towels were not clean, I found a mosquito on one the drain was coming loose and the gluey part was gross with junk adhering to it. dingy rug. the front desk staff at check in are unfriendly but relatively cheap price. it had the atmosphere of the type of motel you see on TV shows where people on the lam hide out
