Very convenient, around the corner from the wedding venue. Beautiful rose bushes in back yard. Plenty of rooms for the family.

Needs a handyman and detailed cleaning service
Seriously needs a detailed cleaning service and handyman. Surfaces in master bath not clean. Some unsafe conditions and LOTS of broken furniture. Beds were comfy, great hot water and water pressure, AC was good. A few bug issues and personal items left everywhere throughout the house. Partially used toiletries in showers. Entertainment options were limited and hard to access. We were not even sure if someone actually lived there on days not rented.

Nice home, but needed upkeep
Communication with the owner was great. We liked the layout of the house in the yard, but thought some upkeep was lacking. One end of the main couch was broken, as were a towel and toilet paper bar and a screen door. The coffee carafe wasn't clean.

Great location for conference center
House was great with a short drive to access the convention center. Great washing trains and gardens a shirt distance from the neighborhood as well. House was clean and owner was responsive.
