Great and safe area with wonderful neighbors within walking distance to UNC School of Arts. This 100 year old house has been resently renovated with new floors and a new bathroom. The house includes a living room with a large sofa, beautiful and spacious dinning table, reading room and a relaxing Master bedroom to unwind.

Long weekend with pets
If I had to summarize the trip in just a few short words I would put that the accommodations were both welcoming and relaxing while offering enough of the necessary amenities to make a comfortable stay. Me and my wife stayed for a long weekend along with our two dogs, communication with management was quick and flawless, zero complaints about the bathroom, plenty of natural light throughout the house as well as secondary light sources, the kitchen appeared to have what you would need to prepare meals although we didn't personally do any cooking, had an older model refrigerator but was clean working well and had plenty of space for anything you could need, was not concerned about ourselves or our vehicle in the neighborhood. seemed to be a very quiet location, we were there from a Thursday to a Monday and at no point was there any loud music talking or anything else going on outside that cost any degree of disturbance. The air conditioning definitely works!! Access to the home was very easy, the bed was not as comfortable as I generally prefer but I will preface with stating that I do have some physical problems that make it generally hard for me to find a comfortable bed so I may not be the best judge in this matter. We would stay again!

Great little house!
Very clean and had everything we needed. The house has a great backyard which was perfect for our dog. The location was great for us - not more than a 10-15 minute drive to anywhere in Winston-Salem. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect spot for a short layover
This little house was quite a treat for us to stay in. We needed a spot to stay while our RV was worked on. Our dog loved the yard and we loved walking the neighborhood. Would highly recommend this home.

Wonderful home, great location and excellent host!
This home is perfect! We come to Winston Salem the same weekend every year for a soccer tournament, but this was our first time renting this home and it exceeded our expectations! The home is adorable - so nicely decorated, cozy and comfortable furniture, and just lovely touches all around. There is a really spacious yard (we travel with our two dogs), but even better was the surrounding neighborhood which was perfect for walking the dogs - beautiful homes and sidewalks all around. It is a mere 5 minute drive to downtown Winston Salem - you just can’t beat the location. The thing we appreciated the most, though, was that our host allowed us to check out several hours after the established 11am check out time so that my husband could play his last game and come back and shower before we departed. We appreciated that flexibility so much, we will stay here every year from now on. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!

Great stay
My fiancé and I stayed here to visit his family for Thanksgiving. We brought our dog and it was nice to have the yard. We had a great experience here. While the area didn't feel unsafe, it also isn't a place you would want to walk around alone. It was close to downtown and easy for us to access many parts of Winston-Salem.
