First room toilet didn’t work. Then in the middle of the night, the heater noise was so loud, you couldn’t sleep. The staff was great though and put us in another room at 3:40am just to sleep. Heater this morning is quiet again but sure disrupted our night.

The staff was great especially the breakfast staff. The breakfast wasn’t up to our standards as we usually stay at Hampton inns and best western pluses. We’re used some sort of yogurt or egg options. The sausage was very good.

A few pros… lobby area was clean upon checking in, bathroom is spacious. Cons…,room is small, part of our ceiling was coming apart, the bathroom toilet barely flushes, the toilet paper roll is the worst invention ever, can barely get toilet paper off roll, some of our lightbulbs were out , even a light on headboard was missing, room was very dim lighting, staff were not very inviting or friendly.

I love this hotel! The Fairfield Inns and Suites at this Winnemucca location was perfect. Super friendly staff - at the front desk and in the breakfast room! Very accommodating!! Clean property and spacious bright hallways. Enjoyed the breakfast and the views from the rooms. Great service! AND it is located mere feet from my one of my favorite restaurants (Wingers)!

Wonderful Experience

I’ve stayed here twice already. Wonderful staff, very quick to respond to need of a crib. Clean and smells nice. Great for my family. The breakfast staff was friendly and complimented my kids. It’s a great place to stay.

Hotel is clean, staff friendly. Easy access from I80. My only complaint is the Wi-Fi access you have to create an account and it will didn't work and the heater in our room literally sounds like a dryer running (will update front desk in the morning)
