worst experience of my life

I did not have a stay, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel was closed, there was someone there to inform us that the hotel was closed, there was no assistance offered to find a different hotel, we traveled 4 hrs to get there and did not have a hotel to stay in, there was no assistance at all, we were told that someone called regarding out reservations on 8/10, which was 2 months prior to the reservation, 1 single call with no message, there was no email or text, I find this unacceptable, we had booked 2 rooms, then had to look around for any open rooms in the area, we were very unhappy with this. I would not recommend this chain to anyone if this is how the patrons are treated.

The manager was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic we stayed first and last night of our week long vacation first room amazing perfect comfortable second room while ok there was a leak from room above our sink didn’t want to drain and there was a dog bone under bed skirt. Manager did cover up and fix drain immediately the hallway carpeting is really in need of an upgrade

The hotel and the surrounding area was safe, quiet, staff were all friendly, location was convenient to shopping, there was plenty of available parking, and the breakfast tasted very nice with a good selection to choose from.

Hello. We stayed in a hotel that we booked through Expedia. It had no air conditioning. At 11:32 pm the front desk employee brought us a fan to use. Then the air conditioner came back on and made a loud noise all night long . We could not sleep. We could not use the pool and fitness room because they were both under construction. The front desk employee said they could not do anything because we booked through Expedia. We would like to have a full refund for our one night stay due to all of the Stress this stay has caused us.

When I booked the hotel, we were excited to swim while there, but when we checked in we were told that the hotel was under renovations and the pool was closed. I wish we had been told that at the time of booking.

Fine for a night visiting my student at Bucknell

This hotel is in the middle of a remodel. Be aware of that fact. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the sink not working in the bathroom and they switched room with no problems. The pool is not open - which didn't matter to me, but be aware if that matters to you. The carpet in my room was sticky in some places and the couch had stains on it, but I didn't use the couch and just wore slippers in the room. For the price and convenience of location to Bucknell, I was pleased. It's not a Marriot, but it's perfect for a place to sleep.
