Coming into the building, we were greeted by the front desk, check in was easy and the lobby was clean. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Main disappoint, especially for the kids, was the pool heater was not working. The pool appeared to be originally an outdoor area that they enclosed at a later date, therefore since the weather was cold so was the entire enclosure. They didn’t have a choice to try the pool without the heated water since the building itself wasn’t heated. The pool, of course, was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. Other than that our stay was comfortable. The breakfast was adequate. The restaurant attached to the hotel was also very good.

A good clean friendly staffed hotel with standard hotel rooms but all you needed. Breakfast included. Price was very good Location made it easy to visit the surrounding historical areas by car. Restaurant connected to hotel

Enjoyed the nearby attractions, restaurants and amusement parks/museums. The indoor pool was nice relaxation with the boys. Negative is the lack of facility maintenance. Several exterior doors remain opened and unable to close allowing cool air to enter the hotel. Also, a sense of insecurity crept into my conscience regarding the door situation.

We recently stayed at this hotel during our trip to Busch Gardens and had an overall great experience. Here’s a breakdown: Pros: The price was budget-friendly, making it perfect for families or anyone looking to save, close to Busch Gardens, check-in process was quick, clean and comfortable beds and pillows, free Breakfast, All-Day Beverages: Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available 24/7 Taqueria Maria Bonita Restaurant excellent restaurant connected to the hotel was incredibly convenient. Friendly Staff, Convenient Check-Out: The receipt was slipped under the door on check-out day. Vending Machines: Fully stocked and modern, accepting both cash and cards. Cons: Indoor Pool: While it’s great to have an indoor pool, the water was unfortunately cold and getting to the pool required going outside and down a few stairs. Bring a robe! Overall, this hotel was a fantastic choice for our trip to Busch Gardens. The pros definitely outweighed the cons, and we’d recommend it for anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and convenient place to stay!

Comfortable beds and the complimentary breakfast each morning was great. The only complaint is the indoor pool heater was broken and that was one of the main reasons for booking at this hotel. My granddaughter was looking forward to swimming and couldn't.

The hotel was not cleanliness. When arriving I received someone else’s paper about our room. The guy at the desk apologized because our form was not printed. We go into our room and the air is on and it’s freezing. I get in my side of the bed and my SO pulled each blanket on his side and there was a nasty used condom between the blankets so now we know these rooms are not properly cleaned. So if I could give no stars for that, I would. The guy at the desk offered a different room and states that it was a different person who cleaned it and should be ok. He will speak with the manager and see what can be done. Well still no phone call from the manager. I was still billed for a night.

A good safe place for sleep after going to Busch Gardens. It's older and shows. But no issues with cleanliness or bed. The place felt safe. It's all I ever look for in a hotel that I don't plan to stay at during the day. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an affordable place to stay in the area.

I am absolutely disappointed by the lack of cleanliness in this room. Our covers were stained, there were fake nails on the floor, black spots in the tub, and debris on the carpet in the hall. I will not be recommending this hotel, and I regret not choosing a different one. I will never be returning here. This hotel should not be listed as it is not very clean. Update: we were given a different room. Was promised it was clean. We move our stuff and surprise there feces on the toilet. I go to report it to front desk. Was given gloves and cleaner and towel to clean it up. We clean it up. Please don’t stay here. Thankfully I booked this thru 3 party. Was able to get a refund. The headache it cause and husband blood pressure going high is not worth it. Stay away.
