Huge house with 3400 square feet on the main level! Spacious home to hang out with your family, friends, or teammates. Huge bedrooms so everyone has room to themselves. Home is on 1.1 acres all to yourself. Lots of trees around the property, and a fenced in backyard. A true retreat in the middle of the city. You'll love cooking in the huge kitchen with custom features and loads of countertop space. Drink your morning coffee in the sunroom, cozy up with a book next to the fireplace, or play a game of foosball with your friends. Enjoy evenings on the back patio with a WSU baseball game in the background. Walking distance to several of our favorite local restaurants and your local Starbucks. Also walking distance to all WSU events. Huge driveway with room for 8+ cars to park so no one in your group has to park on the street. This property is close to I-135 and K96 access. Fine dining and shopping just two miles away at Bradley Fair.
