People partying in adjacent rooms, drug users In parking lot, car alarms going off all night, people sitting in chairs in front of the rooms - intimidating guests, calling it a hotel when it’s a motel, next to an alley full of homeless people, across from an abandoned building.

First when you order a room through this app be expecting to pay a 100 dollar deposit when you get there that they dont put on here. Then i found a roach in my room.

The key cards all registered red on the room locks. Had to change rooms because there was NO bathroom light in the first room once I finally got it, and finally had to have a clerk come let me into the second room. The TV was a smart TV but there was no way to allow me to sign into my Netflix account so, basically no TV. Customer service had NO working front desk phone number for me to call the hotel I was actually staying in, and then they (central support) hung up on me twice, finally they demanded if I wanted assistance I should get redressed, go outside and walk around to the other side of the building to talk to the front desk to ask for help with the TV at 10:30 at night- and then, he was no help. NO price reduction or support offered for MY dissatisfaction and certainly NOT customer service oriented.

You get what you pay for, not the best, but there’s worse. Be mindful of bugs! Found a couple in the bathroom. If you’re on a budget this isn’t the worst place to go. 5/10 !

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. I understand you get what you paid for, but this was so bad. The sheets were filthy and stained. There were thousands of crickets under the bed. We were inside for an hour and then left to another hotel. This place is just crap.

Do not stay here if road noise affects your sleep

Very clean room, location is situated between an overhead highway split. Sound of cars revving their engines on the highways, and the strrets underneath echoed off the bottom of the overpasses to make sleeping longer than 15 minutes nearly impossible without interruption. Very noisy because of poor location.

This room was a non smoking room and smelled very heavily of cigarettes. Ac and tv didn’t work. Hair and dirt all over the counters

Filthy, dingy hotel. Looks like it was decorated by starving college students shopping the Salvation Army surplus store. Sheets were clean but stained and had cigarette burns on them
