There is NO IN ROOM SERVICE UNLESS YOU STAY 5 or more days. For $140.00 dollars a night I at least expected in room service. If you need fresh towels you have to go to the front desk. We will not stay there again. The workers at the front desk were very nice and did a good job.

I really wanted to love the hotel because our trip to Waterloo itself was amazing. However, the negatives kept piling up. Unfortunately they don't have cribs which was a negative but not something we couldn't figure out. Secondly, they made a note of it being my mother in law's 70th birthday and said they would do something to celebrate - which was definitely unexpected but nice! However they must've forgotten because nothing was done when we got there. Then, our room had a bathroom door that was uneven and we were unable to close it. The lack of privacy was kind of frustrating. There were a couple positives including the location and parking. All I'm all, I highly suggest visiting the Waterloo area as we had a blast, but I would maybe try to visit a different hotel option.
