Very fast and easy check in property has 3 bars on site with food options for breakfast lunch and dinner. It’s a 3 minute walk to the capital one arena great location.

Clean, Cozy and Compact! My brother and I shared a bunk room for one night. The room is small in sq ft space, think dorm size, but the room is modern, clean and comfortable. Staff was incredibly friendly upon checking in. Perfect if you’re in town checking out museums and such and not spending much time in the room itself. Didn’t try the bar or rooftop, but the lobby bar looked nice. Whiskey bar was a little loud for me, could hear it in our room on the 2nd floor. It was a Saturday night though! If I stayed again I’d try to see if I could get a higher floor for noise. Location is in Chinatown, lots of great restaurants of all sorts of global cuisines in walking distance. Generally the area seems safe but I dunno if I’d want to walk by myself at night. Doors are secure though with keycard access.

Convenient location - close to Metro stop and capital one stadium. Neighborhood felt safe and active at all times of day. A no frills micro-hotel which worked for me since I was at a meeting all day.

Perfect place to stay if you're in town for a Caps game or just the night. Reasonably priced rooms, great location close to restaurants and venues. Will come back
