I stay at this hotel frequently and each stay is better than the last. The staff is extremely pleasant and professional. They accommodate all of my needs and they anticipate them before I ask. Shaquita and Diamond are absolutely amazing! They always greet me with a smile and go above and beyond!

We stayed here last weekend and had the absolute Best Hotel experience we’ve ever had!! The staff is top notch, they went out of their way to accommodate us. We Will definitely stay here again whenever we go back to DC. Can’t say enough about the front desk staff!! You won’t be disappointed.

The carpet in my room was nasty. Only one fork for a suite. We were on a corner and the view was nice but the noise was terrible. Next door banging on the walls. The windows kept sounding like they were going to break, lots of siren city noise well into the night. Will not likely stay at this property again.

The service at the front desk was great, the breakfast was not good ,the food was not tasty even the the orange juice and the apple juice they have on the breakfast area was unteasty or I don't know ,and they was not a lot of choices, a lot of improvement need to be done in the kitchen. Also the flush for the toilet was very slow and not powerful.
