I was just looking for somewhere clean and safe to sleep while in Callao for pool tournament. The reviews for this place are not good but some of my team have stayed here without problem so I thought I would give it a try. I glad I did! The lady (Pat) at the front counter was very friendly. The hotel is older and could use some updating, but the room was clean. The hotel was quiet. I didn't have any problems with any of the things mentioned in the other reviews. Give them a shot!

Comfortable but needs upgrades

Breakfast could be improved. There wasn't any coffee available and no hot food. The shower made a high pitch shriek at times and a stream of water was coming out of the top of the shower head. The room door was hard to open and close. The staff was friendly and we slept well.

Needs maintenance

The staff was great and it was very clean. There just needs to be a handful of maintenance things addressed. The shower is very loud and first thing in the morning that’s not great lol. The light flickered a lot in the bathroom, gasket on the mini fridge was torn so the freezer was over frosted, the room keys were hard to get to work, and the bathroom door didn’t shut all the way unless you put all your force in it. Other than that it was an average stay.

They told me when I got there that the pool has been out of commission for a couple of years. That was not evident on the website when we were selecting places. Breakfast was being broken down when we arrived despite their signs stating the hours for breakfast which should have been ongoing for another hour.

This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever stayed in. Food crumbs from the previous stay all over the floor. Paint was falling from the ceiling, shower was screaming the entire time. I have photos and videos. Never staying here again.

The room that I was given smelled so badly that I immediately asked for another room and was told that there were none available (at 5 in the afternoon). Instead, I was given a can of air freshener to use and had to use a face mask in order to stay in the room. There was no working coffee machine in the lobby or with the breakfast provided in the morning. Very disappointed.

Paid extra to check in a hour early, i paid cash for the extra hour also charged my card as well took a week to get it refunded. Room 111....the bathroom door gets stuck on the floor you have to kick it to open and close,the exhaust fan does not work in there either. The side entry doors do not work so your stuck dragging all you stuff thru the lobby. My room had no darkining curtain only the backing the post were sitting on the shelf so you couldnt get the sun out of your room. The bedframe sounded like a piece of metal was stretching every time you made a slight move and the bed itself is very unconfortable. Ill travel from Tappahanock area from now on,will never stay at that location

The staff was excellent. However, my room was not in the best condition. The microwave and refrigerator did not operate because the electrical outlet they were connected to was not working. In the bathroom the electrical outlet alsowas not working and the light switch was loose causing the light to turn off unexpectedly. The coffee maker was small and light enough to move to an area with electricity. The drapery was in need of hooks to close properly. It was not the best two nights spent away from home.

We have been staying at this facility off and on for several years. Feel some maintenance issues not being addressed in timely manner. Examples: took 3 years for elevator to be repaired, 24 hour coffee service has been out of order for at least 3 weeks (time between our 2 most recent stays)

I have stayed at this facility many times — the staff are so welcoming but the facility has nothing — no pool for years- no workout facilities- no coffee in the little kitchen area , sinks that do not drain — the only reason I keep coming back is — it is the only facility in Warsaw and the folks who work there are so nice. I wish that the management would pay attention to this once nice property.
