One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Amazing service, beautiful, clean, organized, stylish property, perfect location, very safe, parking right in front of the main door allowing me to use my car anytime I wanted with no wait at all. Loved the hotel and our twin room (019) which was very clean and comfy beds. Very friendly receptionists and couldn't fault the hotel in any way. Had a snack at lunchtime in the bar which was delicious. Location was so convenient for the Old Town and surrounding area. An excellent choice for anyone wanting a peaceful oasis right in the middle of Warsaw.

The hotel is a nice building near the castle place. Around the area it’s a lot of construction which makes it hard to walk around. The room was impeccable. The restaurant made a very bad impression as we were told it was open until 10 and at 9:30 pm they refused to serve us and told us to eat at the bar. The bartender was not happy or helpful and when asked about the menu he didn’t know what anything was. People had to come in from outside to get drinks So service doesn’t live to the expectations of a 5 star hotel.
