Spectacular Wine Country Estate in Walla Walla Valley

A popular vacation destination since 2014, this well-appointed and comfortable estate offers an abundance of living space for your entire group to enjoy. With three floors of meticulously furnished rooms for dining, relaxing, and entertaining, and a huge wraparound patio with an outdoor fireplace, dining area, plenty of seating, and a premium hot tub, the possibilities for comfort and entertainment are endless!

The main level offers warmth and elegance, starting with the open foyer and the great room's fireplace, HDTV, and comfortable seating; a very well-equipped kitchen that can accommodate "too many cooks", and generous dining space; a guest bedroom and bath in the Northwest corner; and finally, the luxurious Master Suite that features a plush King bed, tall windows for natural light and beautiful Southeast views of the Blue Mountains, an enormous private bath with shower, soaking tub, and sizable walk-in closet.

The top-level greets you with a cozy sitting area and custom desk then reveals two unique bedrooms - boasting some of the best views seen from the estate! The bedrooms are joined by a lovely shared bathroom.

Venturing downstairs to the spacious daylight ground floor features another private bedroom and bath, plus a large formal sitting area, a grand 2-sided fireplace, and a cinematic entertainment space with 75-inch HDTV and seating for the entire group! There's even a kitchenette for your movie-time snacks!

Finally, the expansive and accommodating exterior offers something for everyone. From the driveway's sturdy basketball hoop, the vast lawn that surrounds the property, a covered patio equipped with dining area, fireplace, and casual seating for relaxing, the panoramic views of the breathtaking mountains and valley, to the premium 6-person hot tub.

The Neighborhood:
Your West Walla Walla valley location is the perfect jumping-off point for wine country tours, starting with half a dozen wineries and tasting rooms less than a mile from the house.

Less than 5 minutes West of the house is one of the Northwest's best golf experiences, Wine Valley Golf Course. Wineries such as Long Shadows, L'ecole, and Reininger are minutes from the front door!

Venturing a few miles East brings you into the heart of Walla Walla's historic downtown, where you'll find tasting rooms, fine dining, shopping, and exceptional local art.

Traveling South will take you into the heart of Walla Walla's main wine district, where you can enjoy a flight of your favorite wine. Many wineries also serve appetizers or lunch.

What's best is returning to peace and quiet offered by this beautiful home after a day of golf, wine tasting, or exploring all that Walla Walla has to offer!

Getting Around:
Your private drive is directly connected to Highway 12, which is your quick connection to the entire valley. Many wineries are nestled within a mile in all directions from the house (several are just across the highway on the old Highway 12). Downtown Walla Walla (2nd Street Exit) is about a 10-minute drive East, and Lowden (with a few world-renowned wineries of its own) is only 5 minutes West. The Walla Walla Regional Airport is about 20 minutes East.

Animals:
No animals of any type allowed on the property due to severe allergies in the host family.

Early Check-In / Late Departure:
Unfortunately, we can’t often provide early check-in or late checkout, as we see guests back to back. However, when available we do charge $500 for each service upon request.

Annual Girls Weekend
Our stay at Spectacular Wine Country Estate was as delightful as anticipated. The property is a beautiful rural estate surround by fields of wheat and little else which is exactly as we like it. Although it was a rural setting it was only a short distance to town and the wineries. The house was comfortable clean and nicely decorated. With the 5 bedrooms there was plenty of space for our large group. It is definitely a place I would choose to return to. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

A dream come true!
I came here to celebrate a landmark birthday with friends. This place was a dream come true. The morning sunlight streamed through and lit the whole place up. There were multiple places to gather and rest and the kitchen was enormous!

Several years ago we went with 3 other couples to Hawaii and had a fabulous time. We decided to all get together again for a long weekend. This place was perfect. We had several meals at the house and really appreciated that everything we needed was there. Sitting outside enjoying a cup of coffee was a wonderful way to start the day. Chris was really helpful when we had questions. Can’t wait to return - we recommend it highly.

Fantastic Weekend Retreat for Large Groups
The house is fantastic, turnkey, and has every instruction/guide you would need to enjoy all of its amenities. It's well appointed and has everything you need to make it home for your stay. If traveling with friends, draw straws foe the pull out sleepers as our guests who used them warned they weren't the best. Would definitely recommend and use again. Perhaps when the field grasses are tall!

We loved our stay at this home! It was close to all of the local attractions, yet allowed us to feel remote. The home itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean, and there is so much space to spread out. The house was well equipped with everything we needed. Our families had a wonderful time!

Great getaway in wine country
This is a beautiful estate in the middle of wine country with easy access to wineries and restaurants. For our large group, we had plenty of room and areas to relax and enjoy the setting. The kitchen had everything we needed. The furniture and decor were beautiful with easy to use gas fireplaces inside and out to enjoy the sunrise and sunsets. We plan to book in the future with Chris.

This location is magical. You are out in the middle of wheat fields, and with a view back toward the Blue Mountains. We have stayed here twice for a college friends golf trip and we're booked for next year as well. Plenty of room, and wonderful location!

Wonderful views, easy access, and great location
A large group of friends stayed here over the weekend, it was great. Ample parking, great amenities, while not in town, easy to get into town or to wineries. Beautiful location. And the communication was fabulous. All beds are comfortable and clean, even the sofa beds. Everything is nicely labeled for finding and using available tools. Highly recommend a stay here. It’s spectacular.

Full privacy for beautiful sunrise and sunset viewing in comfort and style
This property is located in the middle of wheat fields and surrounded by gorgeous hills. No neighbors to be seen or heard. Highways noise can be heard when sitting outside completely silent, but the house is so well insulated that you can't hear anything coming from outside. In the house there is plenty of space that's well decorated. Lots of outlets for plugging in things and charging devices. Hot tub is in excellent condition. Private road is in amazing shape and was fun to skate on! Hosts were communicative and accommodating. Loved the experience. One thing I would like to see improved is wifi signal outside the house, in the backyard.

Beautiful Home & Surrounding Property
If you’re looking for a beautiful home with plenty of space inside and out, surrounded by amazing views, this is the home for you. The house was stunning with all the amenities you could need. Only small complaint is that the outdoor fireplace (as well as indoor) were all out of order. It was a chilly weekend and it would have been great to be able to use those. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Spent the weekend with friends celebrating a 50th birthday and an amazing wine tour with Freddy G. Spectacular peaceful location
Beautiful rolling hills as far as the eye can see in any direction. Incredible light. House layout perfect for a group, lot of sleeping spaces and ample bathrooms. Gourmet kitchen. Perfect patio, lots of shady grass to just sit and stare at the sky. We'd love to come again!
