Hotel is not worth the 4* category, taking into consideration the poor service provided by front desk staff, breakfast is below acceptable level - milk served is made from powdered milk, horrible coffee (pre-made). Only good thing, the hotel rooms are ample and gorgeous seaview...parking is mentioned in listing as Free but it's not...charged for basement parking

Worked well for us
It was the off season so things were slow. Parking was easy in front of the hotel. Reception was quick and simple. Our room was on the first floor (not the ground floor) and had a nice view out to the water. Housekeeping was top notch, bed was comfortable and after a quick check with reception wifi worked well. We did not try the restaurant but were able to enjoy a meal in town. We had a car and the drive to dinner was short with easy, free parking near a number of restaurants. There is a walking/biking trail along the coast right in front of the hotel and some steps (with care) down to an awesome beach. We did not try the spa as we were only stayed the night, but it was still operational despite being the slow season.

One of the reception ladies was not the friendliest, in fact was a bit rude to us at check-in. The other personnel were all lovely though. Disappointing in such a nice pristine hotel with good breakfast. Can’t fault anything else.

We loved our stay at Thalasso. The room was big and the view of the bay fantastic. At night, we had the door to the balcony open and we could hear the surf! Great breakfast, convenient thermal salt-water spa, and breathtaking views from the roof top terrace. Our only complaint was parking; every nights a challenge to fit the car either on the compound or in the narrow garage.

The room faced the parking lot but otherwise it was a nice room. The beach right next it it and great views from the restaurant. The restaurant was amazing, featured in the Michelin guide. Best food I have had in Galicia.

Nice hotel with beautiful views of the sea and good access to the beach. A bit far from bars, restaurants, and shops in town, but still walkable to the outer edge. Not many eating options at the hotel, though breakfast buffet was very good by Spanish standards. Wi-Fi, though included, was very poor- ultra slow, lost connectivity frequently. Parking though included in the price was difficult, though generally available. Family hotel- many kids, noisy. Good overall value.

Esperaba algo más, la verdad. La situación es buena, las habitaciones son grandes, aunque nos dieron una en el rincón y sin terraza y el ambiente general es agradable, salvo cuando comienzas a usar servicios comunes. La piscina es pequeña y está en otro edificio, el desayuno es de calidad insuficiente en muchos aspectos, el parking subterráneo es una pesadilla de columnas donde cada maniobra requiere varios intentos... el ambiente general no resulta particularmente exclusivo.
