The Space:

Step into a comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed. Beyond the bedroom, you'll find a cozy living room with a sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette, including a full-sized refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and all necessary cookware. Enjoy entertainment with two TVs and a VCR, plus free high-speed Wi-Fi. We also provide linens and bath towels for your convenience.

Winter Renovations Notice: From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be in progress. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections. We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding! We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb.
