The Space:
Barclay Towers is an 8-story oceanfront property with direct access to the Virginia Beach Boardwalk. This first-floor unit comfortably sleeps four and places you within walking distance of popular restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Enjoy a newly renovated, heated indoor pool and updated fitness center.
Dine out or prepare meals in the kitchenette, which includes a refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cookware, and dishes. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, while the spacious bedroom offers a king bed. Each unit includes two TVs, a VCR, linens, bath towels, Wi-Fi, and one parking permit.

Winter Renovations Notice: From October 21, 2024, to April 1, 2025, exterior building renovations, including balcony work, will be in progress. Interior hallways and the front parking lot will also be affected, with work completed in sections. We have a strict no-pet and no-smoking policy. A $200 fine will be assessed for anyone having a pet in the unit. You will then be asked to immediately vacate your unit or board your pet. Smoking is not permitted in the units or on the unit balconies. A refundable deposit of $100 is due at check-in by credit card or cash. Minimum booking age is 21. Please note that this property has a firm check-in time set for 5:00pm. Typically, no early arrivals are allowed, but it's fine to inquire to see we can accommodate you. Thank you for understanding! We charge a $50 cancel fee if we must refund a deposit to cover credit card processing fees. This policy excludes reservations booked through Airbnb. Barclay Towers is a fantastic accommodation choice for many reasons. We have a great reputation with many guests making a return stay. This is a timeshare unit and not part of the Barclay Towers hotel. Consequently, breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is larger with a full-size refrigerator which the hotel units do not have.
There is one parking space for each unit at Barclay Towers. Should you bring a second car or have guests staying with you, you must purchase parking through the City Garage directly across the street from Barclay Towers.
