Vientiane stay
The hotel was very comfortable, but needed a few facility upgrades like shower hot water. The staff were amazing and made up for any shortcomings in the facility. Food was also fantastic

Excellent
Truly lovely hotel. The rooms are nice, it’s clean and it’s quiet. It’s a little out of the centre but the free shuttles downtown are convenient, as is the free airport shuttle. Don’t attempt to go walking in the streets late at night as there are dogs who get upset if you get too close. The staff are very friendly as are people generally in Vientiane. The WiFi is a good connection but you need to keep logging in throughout the day. No need for power adaptors as the sockets are multi-National. Breakfast is ok. The pastries are delicious and Cooke to perfection. The gym is surprisingly big and the roof top pool is very cool, with underwater lights that change colour, tables & chairs, contemporary music in the background and even a dance floor complete with disco lights. I would certainly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay there again myself.

Eh, wont return.
Breakfast was below average, a little way out of town. Staff are not so welcoming. Room was nice. Food was nice. Stay across the road at Landmark Mekong riverside hotel instead.

Good and accommodating hotel
We went to this hotel to conduct some interviews with applicants for our company and the staff was very help full and even supplied free water for the couple dozen of applicants that showed up. The rooms were good and clean, breakfast was sufficient.

Could be good but a little run down
Firstly the hotel was very accommodating to us when we first arrived. We were 4 hours early and they arranged for us to enter our room early with only a short wait. Which I was very pleased about. They even suggested that we may want to go and have breakfast whilst they arranged it. The only issue I had with this was that after we had the breakfast we were informed we would need to pay $20 for it. Whilst I would have been fine to pay as we were early I feel that the correct thing to do would have been to tell us up front as it was presented as a freebie. Although I accept misunderstandings happen. The room was large and the bed was comfortable. However it was also a little tired looking and the head board had lot of stains on it. Overall the hotel was just ran down and needed a bit more love and attention. There was wallpaper that was torn and the pool area was also in poor repair. We even had to find and erect our own umbrella. I really think the hotel could be good but the attention to detail needs to improve. It can't be easy to run a hotel of this size and I guess the balance between reasonable room rates and quality is very difficult. By no means was it terrible but to us it was not a true 4 star hotel.

Stay in Vientiane
This hotel was recommended as being near to the family we were visiting so we only used hotel as a base. Rooms were clean and comfortable and size of room was adequate. We had issues with our door entry system but didn't request a move of room. There was always plenty of hot water. The public areas were getting shabby, especially the restaurant. Breakfast was very ordinary - but the omelettes were lovely!

Good quality hotel but not centrally located.
The overall facilities of this hotel were of a good standard. It had a roof top restaurant with a band playing. Some of the staff were helpful and knowledgeable. The standard of cleanliness of the room was only average.

A hotel in need of a good manager.
This is certainly not a five star hotel. Front desk service was excellent, however staff in restaurants and breakfast area were hopeless. Breakfast selection and limited was just terrible. Nice pool area on the roof but once again no service. There was just one umbrella available and it was 38 degrees. No other shade. Free transport to and from the city and airport was very good.

Not a good experience!
Very disappointed with location and fact that English communication with staff was quite difficult. They were ok to put me on another room with a large window - previous was dated with low natural light...depressing! Despite having paid full stay, left a day earlier with no regret of lossing the extra payment. Never go back!

House of Mirrors!
My wife and I stayed at Rashmi's Plaza for one night, which was one night too long. The rooms are old, tired, and not clean. The food was terrible, and the hotel is quite fat from the nicer part of town. Everywhere there was a place to add a wall of mirrors had them.

Excellent facilities ... cooperative staff ...
We spent three nights in the hotel and enjoyed our stay. The staff are very cooperative. We are vegetarians and they made special vegetarian breakfast for us everyday, and it was tasty! The internet was high speed and it allowed me to do my work and upload photos on Facebook. They were prompt in picking up from down town, NEVER late. We will stay here when we visit Vientiane again.

Nice hotel with a some minor issues
Very nice hotel. Great breakfast and large rooms. Slightly musky smell in room. Hot water in shower ran out quickly. A little far from the tourist area. Shuttle bus was a convenient option and staff was helpful. English is limited but that is expected. Overall a very good experience.

Great service
The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. THere was a free regular shuttle to town which saved us money getting to see our clients, and also a free airport shuttle in a smart air conditioned vehicle. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My safe didnt open, but the reception staff quickly opened it by punching in a secret code. The breakfast did not meet my expectations, having stayed in 10 other 4* hotels in the 3 weeks preceeding this stay.

Nice Staffs but room was not good as expected
Hotel staffs were nice but the hotel is not close to city centre and the most uncomfortable thing was the toilet without a sink and it is separated from the showering room. so, that means, after u used the toilet, either went out to wash hands (there was another sink near the mini bar...) or went back to the shower room to wash hands...

Confortable but a little bit far from central area
Regarding facility gym is excellent! But unfortunately often wifi is unavailable because of the account issue. When I couldn't connect, I told the staff about that, and he gave me a new account, and I could. But next evening, again I couldn't connect. What happened? Though the central area was far, we could use shuttle bus service every 30min.

good hotel, terrible city.
This hotel was a little oasis, if you think how grim the outside neighborhood, and the entire city are. The heat in Vientianne was oppressive, and I found that I couldn't tolerate being outside during the day time, and there wasn't anything to do anyway. The hotel was a little far out, but only if you're thinking Vientianne. By world standards, it wasn't really that far from anything. I was able to walk all the way to downtown, and come back at night time, just to give it a try. The hotel was ok for the price, and the service was attentive. My last 2-3 days I spent the entire time inside the hotel, just to avoid being outside. As far as I could see, there were only 2 or 3 hotels comparable to this one in Vientianne, so I didn't feel like I was missing on anything, which was nice, cause my stay in Vientianne wasn't great.
