Property is not in the condition. Dark curtain need adjustment.,Door of the bathroom makes noises when opening and closing. Faucet of the bathroom has too strong a pressure to wash hands.

I had a reservation when we arrived for check in we were told they had no room for us even though he had our reservation paper in his hand. It made a very difficult stay in Vicksburg as hotels were full. We were NOT happy and won’t be staying at LaQuinta in the future. I will be more careful making arrangements thru Orbitz as well. We SHOULD have been notified.

Won’t stay again despite pricing.

The air conditioning system needs repair, door needs resealing, shower head didn’t move to adjust to a persons height and sprayed outside of shower, light switch box loose/not screwed in; wallpaper peeling from the walls, portico in need of repairs. Wyndham properties always seem to disappoint. Staff were courteous and efficient.

In our room, the HVAC unit was very smelly, musty odor when operating, perhaps in need of a filter change or full cleansing. We turned it off for the duration of our stay. The sink faucet in our bathroom shot out water at a very high pressure and spray. Hard to use. Outside, the building had portions of stucco falling off, perhaps from storm damage. Staff was mostly good, a little slow in cleaning up the breakfast area, garbage overflowed around coffee bar. For these reasons, hotel stay was only average.

We had to check in a little later in the evening and the gentleman running the front desk was very kind and patient. I was exhausted by the time we finally made it in otherwise I would have remembered to ask his name.
