3 girls behind the counter at check in. 1 working but I couldn’t hear her because the other 2 girls were so loud in their personal conversation. She asked one of them to swipe the keys for her. She did it but never acknowledged anyone. I just felt like I wasn’t important.

TV didnt work. Had to switch rooms. Shower and sink had lots of hair in them and were not clean. Bed was broken. Worst part was 3 men were smoking pot right in front of the entrance. Hotel smelled like pot.

We thought that the hotel was at the casino the pictures are deceiving the hotel is up a hill across the street. The casino says it has 3 restaurants only one crappy one was open the cafe don't waste your money there eat somewhere else. The hotel was quiet, older but ok the floor, carpets needes cleaning our socks were dark grey from one day. Overall a ok place to stay. Staff were Excellent

Not advertised properly we thought we were staying on the river at the casino NOT on the hill way above the casino. And the restaurants are clised except for weekends the only one open was awful deli Cafe had a Philly cheese steak it was on a sweet bun and had no veggies. The chiken quesadia had no flavor.

Hospitality lacking

The staff were friendly. The cleanliness was not the best. The hospitality was definitely lacking. NO luggage trolleys available & staff not helpful at all(we were traveling w child) Also, during peak checkout time, the two elevators available were being used both by maids & their carts. Long time waiting for elevators.

You pay a lot of money for room, but you can’t get cleaning daily. It’s really unacceptable. Specially when you stand 4 or 5 days at a time. I stay at this hotel regularly because my family is there. I wish they could go back to clean the rooms every day. I wouldn’t even mind if they did it every other day it’s a shame that the quality of service these days great location for me and my family.

Check in lady was nice but had trouble checking us in. As soon as we got to room the tv would not work. Error message was on the screen. I called the front desk and someone came right up to take care of the problem. In casino we had to wait and no one ever came around to see if we wanted drinks. We went up to a worker and requested he send someone to us. By the time we gout our drinks mine was not what I ordered. In one of the restaurants (the one that you need reservations for and I didn’t know it, we were able to be seated. They had 2 specials one was ox tail and the other was a seafood platter for 2 for $65. After we ordered the seafood platter and drinks the waitress finally came out to tell us that they were out of the seafood platter although I saw at least one person get it brought to their table. Drinks took so long to get. The gumbo was to spicy to easy as was the blackened catfish that we ended up getting. Our waitress was to busy taking care of another table that she seem to know them well! We did not leave a tip. Unless things change we will not be back as I had to pay $265 plus the $50 that will be returned. My room was not a comp room!!

The staff was nice. The room was filthy. The carpet in the room was sticky and squishy. The carpet left a brown residue on my socks. The whole room was unpleasant. I would not stay here again.
