Very good but not GREAT
The hotel was in a great location. It was quiet and you felt safe. No issues with that. The room was rather large and had a king size bed, but it was rather stiff to my liking. We were on the 10th floor so of course it was quiet from the street noise and quiet from the other guests as well. Breakfast was very good. Alot of variety to eat and drink. The breakfast area was very large, clean and comfortable, other than one of our table legs was shorter and made the table wiggle. Check out was too easy, just had to pay the city tax and that was it. Overall very good, but not "great"

Good business hotel.
Good business hotel. Excellent parking facility, and just outside Verona. There are few good restaurants in the aera, so you don't have to eat in the hotel.

Nice mid range Hotel
This is a good mid-range Hotel with quiet spacious rooms. The staff is friendly and the breakfast buffet is great. It is nicely located in the moddle between Verona and the Garda Lake and you can reach both within 15 minutes drive . Some nice restaurants within 5 minutes drive and at least one that I tried within walking distance . I will come back with my family in December .

There are some things I did not likeFirst thing that is only one left for the whole hotel and it’s far from the center and everything so you need to have a car because the taxi too much and they cannot give you iron do you use for your clothes and I have to The hotel service and then a little bit expensive

Three stars at most!
Pros: Clean, spacious room with good bed linen. Staff at the bar and dining hall were polite and efficient. Bus stops nearby. Cons: The only sign of life were a few people smoking outside. The place is completely lacking in any kind of atmosphere. We booked a double bed and were given two separate singles, told that a double was "subject to availability", which was not made clear in the booking. They proceeded to push the beds together. We couldn't get into our room on a daily basis because of the weirdly shaped key, which looked like something out of a Harry Potter movie. Our first night's meal was a warmed up and still partly frozen lasagne out of a box - the restaurant was unavailable - no warning to guests. We still had to pay for this offering. The barman offered to reheat the lasagne - isn't this a health risk? No kettle or tea service in the room. No iron, so you'd be forced to use their laundry service. Bath mat was filthy and dirt was ingrained. Should be easy enough to replace this regularly.

I love this hotel!
I love this hotel. Great location close to Verona city, Lake Garda, the Vineyards and the Highway. Outstanding service and very friendly staff. Excellent price to value experience.

Good for overnight stay.
Clean, convenient hotel with air conditioning. Restaurants and grocery within walking distance. Front desk was not helpful with information about restaurants when we asked. There was an afternoon happy hour with DJ and appetizers that the front desk did not mention.
